Newly constructed hotel conveniently located near the University of Southern Mississippi and many area attractions. Located near the Historic District and the Hattiesburg Zoo Flint Water Park, and several museums. Hotel is also located near many restaurants and shopping centers.

do not book online!

While the hotel itself was fine and the staff was helpful, we arrived to find that we were booked into a smoking room and there were no non-smoking rooms available. It was a busy weekend in this particular city, so there were no other hotel rooms available anywhere near where we needed to be. We were told that there have been recent problems similar to this when guests book online, requesting non-smoking but getting a smoking room reserved. Big problem for us! I realize they try to remove the smoke odor, and all the febreeze and candles I bought as well, I could still smell it. I will never book online again without also calling to confirm my exact reservations!

Orbitz rewiew-think about reviewing yourself

The hotel had to give us a smoking room when I had requested a non-smoking room on Orbitz. They explained to me that Orbitz does not guarantee the room you request. They were extremely kind and courteous and actually let us go look at the room to see how smoky it was. We ended up staying and the hotel was very nice. However, this is the second time this room problem has occurred when we have used ORbitz. We won't be using you again.

Very good for the price.

Just a one night stay to carry us from a late night Friday meeting to an early Saturday morning meeting. Convenient location, very quiet, nice and clean.

Great hotel for the price

I was in town for a school reunion. I just needed a quiet clean room for the weekend. And I found it.
