I went with a friend who was there for a family function. The room was nice and the staff helpfull. There are not any clubs or places to eat near by, had to drive to find food. Over all a good experience.

The staff is extremely attentive! Remebered our names, always had a smile and make the trip very pleasant. Restaurant staff was excellent, food was better than i thought it would be. Shuttle service was good 2 out of 3 trips. Anthony went over and above for the trip.

When we first drove up, the entrance looked pretty good, but we got in pretty late, so we didn't go into the lobby itself, but a little room that was pretty scary! I thought we had made a mistake by booking this hotel, but once we got into the room, it was actually a lot better than expected.
It was good enough for the price, and if you're looking for a place to crash for the night, then it's good enough for that, but if you're planning on staying for a while, then I suggest staying at one of the other hotels located right around it. It was pretty clean, and it looked like they had done some updating, but needed to do more. Two cool things, although to some it might not be big, but they had an outlet with a 6-plug adaptor which made it great for plugging in our phones, etc. Also, they had an adjustable shower head where you could pick whether you wanted a massage type shower, regular, or whatever, and after driving all day, a massaging shower was absolutely wonderful! Overall, it was good enough for a place to sleep, and the price was right.

The hotel was horable the sheets on bed was not clean. We had to get clean one from front desk. Room smelled, microwave had a big dent in top, refridgerator had bugs in it, the mattress was torn from boxsprings. Look like someone had threwup on wall or threw something on it. I won't stay here anymore. I never stayed at a hotel this bad ever.

I had out patient surgery on Wed.morning at 8:45. I had traveled 3 hrs. from home and the motel was no more than 10 minutes away from my destination. I asked my husband to stop long enough to enter the motel to talk with the desk clerk to see if we might check in about 10:30-11;00 after my surgery. She was so pleasant and helpful.After checking for a few minutes via computer, she said that a room would be ready upon my arrival. The bellman was so helpful. He even gave us a menu for an establishment that later would deliver a very good meal to our room. The hospitality hour at 5:30 was very nice and wre had an excellent breakfast before returning to the doctor's office at 8:15 on Thursday morning.
It was so interesting that they were so accommodating when two weeks previously the room I booked at a motel
did not allow early arrival for a similar procedure.

The Residence Inn was very spacious with a full kitchen, a dining area and area with a desk. The vanity was separate from the bathroom. There is easy access to interstate highway, shopping area and restaurants. There is a delicious breakfast daily. Space for hanging clothes was adequate. An iron and iron board was present in the room, very convenient.

The place was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again. It didn't have a heater. The air condition only had fan and cool, not heater. I saw a control on the wall but afraid to use it. The bath tub was dirty and I was afraid to use it. I thought anything couldn't get any worst until my Mate and I saw a roach crawling on the wall.

After a long day on the road, we were pleased with our room (ground floor, so that we didn't have to lug our suitcases up the stairs), clean, spacious and comfy. Our only disappointment was that the any-time-you-want-it coffee in the lobby was lukewarm/cold. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The location was easy to find off I-55, and there were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were delighted to enter into a beautiful area, with the front desk staff ready to help us. Since it was late at night, we were ready to get to the room and rest. When we entered the room, we noticed a strong deodorizer, attempting to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. I assume this is their version of non-smoking. When I pulled back the covers on one bed, there were a couple of hairs. After finding food in the fridge from a previous guest, it added to the overall uncleanliness feel of the room. In the bathroom, the tile had mildew stains and the tub was peeling. There was also hair in the washclothes. The next day I looked out of the window and noticed the bottom portion of the window was splattered with mildew/mold. The mold was also on the curtains. We went to the foyer area, where we were informed breakfast would be, only to find no breakfast. We ventured to the dining room, but all of the lights were off. We notified the front desk and said we would get ready while waiting. When we returned, the hotel directed us to their sister hotel next door to get breakfast, as they were not making any.

Nice hotel with very good location. Our first bad experience came on the second day when housekeeping failed to return with clean towels as promised. We got back to the room later around midnight and still no towels, I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I also found out the rooms were reserved with the right name but wrong address, somewhere in Chicago, while we are from Florida.

The hotel was right off the interstate not hard to find at all. check in was fast and easy. the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. the hotel itself was very basic nothing fancy but i didnt have a problem with anything either. my gf and i went to the coliseum for a concert was about a 5 min taxi ride away

OK, NOT GREAT, CONTINENNAL BREAKFAST SMALL. CERAL, BAGELS, MILK, HONEY BUNS ABOUT ALL THEY HAD. BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAIN ROD HAD BEEN REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE ROD WAS DOWNHILL. THIS WOULD NOT ALLOW THE SHOWER CURTAIN TO KEEP THE WATER OFF THE FLOWER. THE TUB BOTTOM WAS SLICK, COULD NOT RECOMMEND TO THE ELDERLY. LIABILITY CLAIM WAITING TO HAPPEN. CHECKIN WAS NOT SMOOTH. CLERK HAD TO ASK IF RESERVATION WAS THROUGH INTERNET. HAD TO FILL OUT A ROOM FORM, DID NOT HAVE IT DONE PRIOR TO CHECKIN. DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS AT THE HYATT THAT WE CAME TO THE NEXT DAY.

this hotel was horrible...there was a used rag in our room with pubic hair on it...when i told the staff she gave me a extra rag and said get it down with this then just sit it outside your room. there was mold in the tub,on the fridge,and microwave!! i advize no one to sta here!!!!

my experience was not a good one, I were to have a non-smoking room, but when you entered the room you could clearly smell the smoke in the room, there were no security latches on the door. I did not stay at this hotel after all that I'd encountered. I would never use orbitz again for my traveling needs.

We stay here everytime we travel south to Gulf Shores, Alabama. The staff is always friendly and attentive to our every need. The complaint that we had this visit was no hot water which has never happened to us in any hotel anywhere!

Only needed a comfortable bed for the night

If you want plush, pick somewhere else..if you just need a comfortable bed for the night...stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are small, but clean. Great value for the price. Price even included some breakfast. It was enough to get you through to lunch just fine. Two adults and two small kids stayed here just fine.

The location was easy to find and there was plenty of options around use to eat and shop. The staff was excellent and the beds very comfortable but the noise of the road, birds, and other guests made it difficult to sleep but the beds helped. For a short and busy trip it was fine.

The Hotel was a little of the beaten path. The room was nice. But, no kleenx and was unable to get heat to work. Didn't really need. Just wanted to take the chill out of air in morning.
Why can't Courtyard have a continental breakfast, I paid $84.00 per night and 10 buck for breakfast.
