The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Had a little confusion on the type room requested, however the staff was quick to correct the issue. Very satisfied with the service of the hotel and satisfied with the ease of making reservation.

WHY????
I WILL NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AGAIN. THIS ROOM SHOULD BE SOLD FOR $9.99. I CHECKED INTO MY ROOM AND MY TOILET WAS VERY VERY NASTY AND CONTAINED DISGUISTING THINGS. THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE AND YES IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM BUT IT DIDN'T EVEN SMELL LIKE SMOKE. IT SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE WATER. THE PROPERTY IS JUST SIX YEARS OLD BUT FROM THE WAY IT LOOKED I THOUGHT IT PROBABLY HAD BEEN BUILT IN 1940'S. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE PROPERTY JUST TO REST FOR ONE NIGHT, BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOT EVEN IF THE ROOM IS FREE!!

Stay here everytime I go to Jackson,Miss. And the staff are always very friendly ,the rooms are nice and clean great breakfast.

Always a Pleasure.
This was my 2nd time at this Hotel. I was in town for the week on business and the staff remembered me from before. Very friendly staff and willing to help with anything you need. Hotel as it was the 1st time very clean. I will stay there again when in town.

Cracker Barrell , LongHorn Steakhouse,and Outback just a couple of blocks away. Mcdonalds,BurgerKing just right next store to Hotel.

Price isnt everything
Booked via orbitz for two night stay for business. Was not able to make first night stay but called and told them to go ahead and check me in and bill me for the night but would not be checking in till next day due to car trouble. Once arrived couldnot find reservation and took for ever to check in, even with my confirmation sheet from Orbitz. Next morning went to car to see car was broken into and GPS stolen. Me along with two other vehicles were broke into at same time. Cameras on building but only to cover over hang entrance. Asked to be reimbursed nights stay and got run around. Wireless internet and busienss office internet were not working.
