the bad

I made my reservations on line.[...] Please understand everyone was very polite but I was very upset. I had been driving all day and had to be up early to take a national credintaling exam that lasted 8 hours. I was not satisfied with my check in experience at all. If I did not have my confermation e-mail I dont know if I would have even got a room or if I had to pay again

terrible

this hotel was horrible...there was a used rag in our room with pubic hair on it...when i told the staff she gave me a extra rag and said get it down with this then just sit it outside your room. there was mold in the tub,on the fridge,and microwave!! i advize no one to sta here!!!!

Never choose this hotel

my experience was not a good one, I were to have a non-smoking room, but when you entered the room you could clearly smell the smoke in the room, there were no security latches on the door. I did not stay at this hotel after all that I'd encountered. I would never use orbitz again for my traveling needs.

I wouldn't stay again

it was not clean. I found out that it is a adult hotel, if you get my point. I will not stay there again. ohh I can't forget the wet carpet and it smelled bad. plus there was dead cockroaches on the floor. the only thing I like about it was that it was cheap and outside my room was a bird bath.

best value

The stay was nice for what it was nice. when you pull up to the entrance there is a bar that makes it quite scary looking very quiet

Disappointed all around

The Best Value in Jackson, MS was a great disappoint and not a great value at all. The neighborhood its located in was very rundown. My boyfriend didn't feel comfortable leaving me there alone after dark. There were signs posted everywhere telling loiters they would be arrested. The walls are paper thin and you could hear conversations from other rooms. Someone called the room twice, at 4am in the morning asking to speak to someone who wasn't in the room. People in the other room talked and made noise all night. I ended up checking out at 7:30 am because I just wanted to get out of there and I wasn't able to sleep anyways. I will never stay at a Best Value ever again.
