dissappointing
Keys didn't work first time around; front desk staff were not very helpful with getting a taxi and i was late to a meeting; their iron ruined my dress shirt and manager did not want to give me any reimbursement. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Really met my needs!
I had out patient surgery on Wed.morning at 8:45. I had traveled 3 hrs. from home and the motel was no more than 10 minutes away from my destination. I asked my husband to stop long enough to enter the motel to talk with the desk clerk to see if we might check in about 10:30-11;00 after my surgery. She was so pleasant and helpful.After checking for a few minutes via computer, she said that a room would be ready upon my arrival. The bellman was so helpful. He even gave us a menu for an establishment that later would deliver a very good meal to our room. The hospitality hour at 5:30 was very nice and wre had an excellent breakfast before returning to the doctor's office at 8:15 on Thursday morning. It was so interesting that they were so accommodating when two weeks previously the room I booked at a motel did not allow early arrival for a similar procedure.

Excellent Place to Enjoy Jackson
Was a great stay, the amenities in the Lobby were wonderful, watch a big game, have a Happy Hour, great breakfast.. all inclusive.. Close to all sites in Jackson..

I Love The Cabot
We went to the Capital city classics game and it was a family event. This tradition has been going on for years now and the Cabot is the perfect atmosphere for family. The fire place and warm inviting lobby area, happy hour and the fresh popcorn keep my family coming back year after year. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. We always look forward to this trip and can't wait until next year. However it would be nice to have fridges and microwaves in our rooms at least in the King Suites.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Very convenient to UMC! Staff friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable bed! Breakfast was also plentiful and well prepared.
