Regency Hotel and Conference C

They couldn't locate my reservation. Keys didn't work twice. They removed my towels but never restocked with clean. Side entrances where not secure. Had broken locks. Did not feel safe. When returned to my room at 10PM, the hallways had bags of trash and linens pulled up in front of the vacated rooms. Very filty.

I was there for just one day. It was business so I had no time for pleasure. When, I have more time to spare, I would choose this hotel again to stay maybe I will get a chance to experience more.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were delighted to enter into a beautiful area, with the front desk staff ready to help us. Since it was late at night, we were ready to get to the room and rest. When we entered the room, we noticed a strong deodorizer, attempting to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. I assume this is their version of non-smoking. When I pulled back the covers on one bed, there were a couple of hairs. After finding food in the fridge from a previous guest, it added to the overall uncleanliness feel of the room. In the bathroom, the tile had mildew stains and the tub was peeling. There was also hair in the washclothes. The next day I looked out of the window and noticed the bottom portion of the window was splattered with mildew/mold. The mold was also on the curtains. We went to the foyer area, where we were informed breakfast would be, only to find no breakfast. We ventured to the dining room, but all of the lights were off. We notified the front desk and said we would get ready while waiting. When we returned, the hotel directed us to their sister hotel next door to get breakfast, as they were not making any.

Staff very frienly, rooms very clean.
