Overall: Above Average
Front desk staff was just okay. The women that staffed the front desk were so-so. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. The room we stayed in was extremely small, however, the cleaniness of the room was outstanding! The bed was super comfortable and the pillows had just enough fluff to provide two nights of restful sleep. The location is awesome! Mall right across the street, tons of nationally known restaurants (both sit down and fast food). They did have a washer and dryer for guests use which was really handy just to get a few things washed. They have a contintenal breakfast area, has your basic breakfast things, but you really can't complain because its free! We would definately stay there again, if we pass thru there.

Handy Manny
Overall OK but could be good with some care.
When I arrived the greating was below average. The breakfast was below average. When I got down there was not enough sausage gravy. Make enough or have more on standby and it would have been better. Get bigger cups for the juice. If a shot glass is the same size its too small... The room I stayed in had a small desk.. That was great but the microwave and refridge were plugged into those 2 outlets. There was a coffee maker on top of those but had to unplug the microwave to use it. Just need to add some additional plugs. The bed was good but again need to add some extra plugs near the headboard.

Good location; moderate price point

It was very clean, I recommend it
It was very very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed it and will definetely be returning again. I recommend it for anyone wanting to get away. It was in walking distance to the Mall and the Resturants.

A bit of a disappointment
One of the reasons for choosing the hotel, was that two weeks prior we stayed in a Microtel, which charged $10 for our minature Dachshund to stay with us. When we got ready to check in, we told them we had the dog, which immediately required an upgrade on the room and an additional $15 charge to have the dog. They ended up waiving the upgrade, but I don't understand a $15 charge for a 10 lb dog!

The room was a bit worn. But the bed was comfortable and all we wanted was a good nights sleep, since we were up early and traveling again. The Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Very Good
You get more than you pay for. If all you are wanting is a small room with a TV, comfortable bed, and bath then this is the hotel for you. There was even a microwave and fridge in the room. No frills. Just a great night's sleep.
