It was greatly disappointing that there was no internet available during the 2 day stay. Someone called a tech person who gave a bunch of IP numbers but no one present on staff knew how to set it up on my computer. I've never had troubles connecting wirelessly any where else I've stayed. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable, and most staff were very pleasant.

This hotel is old and delapidated. The 4 out of 5 rating that got me to go was obviously manipulated by employees. The first room I got had toilet problems. The second two rooms had Internet problems. The final room that I accepted had an uncomfortable bed. Because I got to see so many rooms, I can say that none of the rooms are similar to one another so the room configuration is random chance.

When we arrived and checked into our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We asked the staff for a clean room. We were given cleaners to clean the bathroom, which is not our job. And on top of that, they had no gloves....of course we refused to clean the bathroom, it was completing disgusting, bodily fluids everywhere. The front desk clerk was gonna clean it without gloves, utterly disgusting and concerrning...we asked for another room, trying not to put her at risk for any diseases. She showed us 4 rooms before we finally found a clean room. I wish we were told that this hotel had just reopened from a major bed bud infestation. Unfortunately we had to stay since we had prepayed and we could not get a refund. I am so not happy with this situation. I wish I could get my money back. This was not a pleasant situation. We were there for medical appointments and have a compromised immune system and we were lied to about this hotel. Please check into this place for future customers, not a good place for someone to stay.

Everything was just fine. Worked great, rooms were fine. We were quite satisfied with all

hot tub could have been cleaner and i didn,t like having to pay extra for it.

Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We would certainly visit there again.

The wall socket was almost falling out of the wall. Looked like a fire hazard.

Very adequate for my overnight stay. Room is small yet had all I needed. Some traffic noise during the night. Breakfast was average. Cost was less than comparable motels. I would stay here again for an overnight.

This hotel experience did not start off well. When we arrived for to check-in around 6:00pm, we were checked in and given keys to a room. When we went to the room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. We were given a key to a new room, which was small. There was barely enough room to walk around the sides of the bed without walking sideways. The room felt dirty and need to be vacuumed again. The rooms were not sound-proofed well, and we heard all sorts of noise from outside the doors. I would certainly not have paid more for the room than we did, and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Without WiFi, it's like living in an ancient 20th Century cave. Piggybacking on the neighbours unsecured internet connection is cheesy.
