Dissappointment in Billings
Although the staff were friendly enough the Hotel itself was grubby! The carpets in the rooms were very poorly kept, the towels were threadbare and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. If anyone is looking for a nice Motel in Billings I would highly recommend the Rimrock Inn where the service, comfort and cleanliness was excellent and also more cost effective!

AWFUL
The hotel has a VERY nice lobby, but don't be fooled because as soon as you enter the room, you realize you've been shammed. If the CRT television and lack of baseboards wasn't enough, the holes in the wall of the bathroom and top of the dresser would be enough to say goodbye to this place and never look back.I had my 2nd night cancelled and stayed at the Hampton.[...]

Not very impressed
The location of the motel definitely left something to be desired. Not only was it a long way off the interstate, I parked my vehicle just outside my window so I could keep an eye on it. My wife's towel had something sticky on it, yikes. They boasted a breakfast from 5-10am, we went down at 9 and there was nothing left to eat. Overall, I would have been OK with some of the negatives had the cost been half of what I paid. I stayed at a Super 8 on the same trip and had no problems while paying 45% less.

There are a few fast food restaurants just down the street. It's nice to take advantage of something right nearby, I'd recommend it if you need a quick bite.

rooms in need of repair
staff very good . room was dirty m&m candies left on floor behind door. towel rack falling off wall in bathroom .trim molding on walls in room coming off. bathroom very very small !!!

This hotel is in serious need of an update. The furniture is old and and in the case of our room the rcliner chair was broken. Everything was a mismatch and towels and face cloths wre worn and thin as were bedsheets. A very small lobby held two tables for guests to use for continental breakfast. The breskfast left much to be desired. There was oatmeal cereal with no access to hot water except to warm everything in cancer-causing styrofoam bowl. Same situation for hot tea. We travelled a number of hotels and this was the worst for breakfast not to mention the least healthy.The hotel is close to the university and hospital, but there is nothing else within walking distance. There is a restaurant across the parking lot which would not event warrant one star. A very disappointing stay. [...]

Very clean motel, good price
There was a group of teenagers staying there that were allowed to run up and down the halls and slam doors until midnight. Not nice when some of us had to get up early the next morning.

The restaurant "The Rock Pile" across the parking lot from the motel is a very good place to eat! Good service, very friendly.
