the motel was very clean will stay again

The clerks behind the front desk were very helpful. I had to find someone at the front desk the next morning though. The beds were okay but it looked like some mold or something in the shower. The key to the outside door did not work very well. Overall it was okay.

Good location close to restaurants and the interstate. Good value for the price. Pretty small breakfast area.

Good value for the cost. Rooms were clean. Dog friendly. Convenient location.

the staff is very friendly. We got put in a room with 1 bed but had asked for 2, also it was close to smoking section of motel and reeked of smoke. I asked for another room and was accomodated quickly and with a friendly manner. A pool is always nice but not available here. Average cleanliness, but comfortable beds and close to freeway so access is easy.

My first hint was when we pulled up to the hotel and there was a police car circling around. I asked the desk clerk and she said, "Don't worry, they're just looking for someone who has been staying here." I know that was meant to be comforting, but wasn't. We booked a non-smoking room, but when I walked in it was apparent someone had been smoking in there. When I turned down the covers on the bed, they looked okay, but when I moved the pillow there was several long black hairs under the pillow. Ick! So I went down and asked for clean sheets. The desk clerk took me down to the laundry and handed me some clean ones. We changed the bedding ourselves and noticed that the blanket on the bed was soiled and stained. Ick, again. The next morning, I saw that the upholstered chair was grimey with dirty little hand and finger prints on the arm of it. Then, walking around barefoot in the morning, next to the chair there were crumbs and food on the floor. The room was noisy, however, the staff was friendly. If I were in Billings again, I would definitely not book there again, however, since I probably won't be in Billings again, suffice it to say I probably won't be booking with a Super 8 again.

all good, except no hot water at night or in the morning

the first room we were put in the tv did not work and the fire alarm was dismanteled the second room they put us in 1 foot by 6 inch piece of roof paint was hanging down and the tub was full of hair and unknown scum. the pool was dirty and full of dirt and paper, found sharp objects at the bottom It should be tore down

I was really tired when we arrived after having driven for 9 hours! I had made a reservation and paid in advance by 2 weeks. My son and I arrived about 5:30 p.m. and the clerk was not very friendly or helpful and said he couldn't find our reservation. I had to pull up my reservation on the laptop and show it to him before I finally got a room. It was exhausting! Also the hotel is terrible to find off the hiway and is in an industrial poorly lit area.

I HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY THERE AND MAY GO BACK SOON.
