The Best Place to Stay is Best Western
Once we arrived at the airport, we called the free shuttle service on the courtesy phone located at the baggage area. A few minutes later the shuttle arrived. The driver carried our bags directly to the front desk. Check in was a breeze. Our room located in the back section upstairs was quiet and extremely comfortable. Best Western beds are the BEST!!!Maid service was efficient. Fridge for storing juice and food items great, ac and coffee maker worked well. There are no bathrobes available nor any room safe if u desire one. The internet was free and wireless connection fast. Free local phone calls, under 30 min. and free buffet breakfast. Service throughout the front desk and dining room and bar area was friendly and efficient. The bar/casino area offers quite an extensive menu in the evening. After 10pm the dining room is closed and the bar/casino area offers a limited menu only until about 1045pm. The fitness area upstairs was clean and had good variety of equiptment. I did not encounter any negatives during my stay. I highly recommend The Best Western for travelers of all kinds. Families seemed to enjoy the indoor pool area. The location felt close by to all amenities. Affordable and reliable. You won't be disappointed.

Great stay
We came to this hotel to do some shopping in the area. It was close to everything we needed, had an amazing free breakfast, beautiful rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's such a convenient hotel in so many ways, and we'll definitely be back.

Texas Hold em Queen
Great stopover for anyone
The staff was super - very helpful and courteous. Rooms were awesome, nice and clean and beds were exceptionally comfy. Will come again for sure

Enjoyable getaway
This was my 3rd stay this year at this hotel and I haven't had a bad nights sleep yet. With this being what I would guess would be the off season, it was around half price from the other times that I have stayed here. The hotel lobby is currently being remodeled, the hot tub and indoor pool were being used in full force and there is a casino/sports bar on site. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and well maintained. The complimentry breakfast buffett which is usually the same most days but does vary to some degree was filling and enjoyable and you can eat well any morning with what is available.

Although Great Falls is a mid size town, you mostly have your basic name brand pizza, burger, taco and sub stores and the bigger restrauants are few and far between. These you will probably have to ask where they are located.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
Had nice hot breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzi. Free internet access and shutle to airport. Able to print boarding pass at hotel. Clean and nice big rooms. Fairly quiet and able to rest well.

the good, bad and ugly
Hot tub was not working and I informed maintenance personnel same day as we arrived. Also, swimming pool & hot tub not clean. Three days later and it still hadn't been repaired.

Great Accomodations
The experience was just okay nothing out of the ordinary. However it fit the purpose. However I found the front desk staff less than accomodating and somewhat unprofessional.
