my favorite place
I won't stay anywhere else when I go to great falls.. I love this place. the location is great, the staff is awesome, I ended up broke down and the staff helped me get the best rate for the extra nights I had to stay, the soup they offer in the casino is very nice bonus. only complaint which isn't huge, but the biscuits and gravy for continental breakfast. other than that, this is my fav place, and will stay no where else when go back. and the mall is short walk away!

Everything was fine
We travelled to Great Falls for a conference. We were not in our hotel very much but the time we spent there was very comfortable. The room was clean. We liked the location: right on the Missouri River. For a quick weekend stay, the hotel was just right.

Noisy team [...]
There was a basketball team on the third floor, and their coach found it necessary to hand out uniforms while yelling at his team. This noise level was constant throughout the stay,and it seems that possibly this hotel is used for this purpose often. [...]

Wonderful location!!!
We were in town for one night only, but our stay was wonderful. The desk staff was helpful with how to get around town to avoid construction, which is always good. Our room was very nice, with a mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was wonderful. We were excited by the pool area being open 24 hours so we could go in later after our event was over. The hotel is located right next to the river, with a paved walking path and large park nearby. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer! The only downfall is that there are train tracks nearby, but the trains were quiet once it was dark, so it wasn't an issue for us. I would most definitely stay there again!

Not very good
It was noisy early in the morning due to a basketball team in the hall with the teacher yelling at them. The breakfast was fair and the waffle iron wasn't working correctly.The pool area was noisy and not accommodating due to the basketball people. [...]

Nice setup, close to the river.
Friendly front desk staff. We were asked to tip toe as we were on the third floor and within 5 min someone underneath called and complained. Didn't think we were that loud...
