Ok for sleeping

The staff was great, the plumbing was not. The tub backed up quickly when showering. I reported this on our first day. They still hadn't fixed it as of the second day. The desk told me that they had a plumber "working on the problem" but that there were a lot of sinks, etc. in the complex that were having problems.

Good Value but Average and Affordable

The hotel was clean, the check-in process was slow but acceptable. Very little staff - one guy on shift. The room was HOT!!!!! in August. It would be nice to have the rooms due to occupy, A/C before the consumer arrives. Ice maker was on the bottom floor and no signs showing where. Overall...Average.

the trip was avg!

The room wasnt ckeaned properly pillow cases werent changed, we didnt look to see if sheets were changed, my wife also noticed her black hair was still in shower the next day.

Ideal Location for access to the city

I was an a business trip and the location was ideal for me. Outdoor temperature set record breaking lows (-20F) and the room heater worked exceptionally well. The restaurant next door was equally fabulous and I enjoyed the best piece of prime rib EVER! Five minutes from the airport made for an ideal stay.

Good Value Motel

Reception Area is not very attractive, but the personnel are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, roomy, and had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff helped me print out some boarding passes from the internet and also copied a document for me. Free breakfast was hot and tasty. This is a very good value for the price.

a fair place to stay

Arrived late and had to wait 15 minutes to register becuase of several groups already in line. The room funishings were very worn in appearance. The bed was clean but hard, with a thin matress. The room was very small.

Super 8 Helena

Attended a wedding in Helena...convenient location...economical...cooperative staff. Didn't have all the amenities of a hotel, but didn't have the price either. Breakfast each morning.
