A Great Place
Stayed one night so husband could complete some testing the following day. Beautiful lobby, rooms, etc. Used the pool--very nice. Even a nice piece of chocolate for a welcome. No hesitation...would stay again.

You are not right on the walking mall like some older hotels, but the drive is a short, straight, easy one.

Great quick trip to Helena.
Room was very clean and pleasant. Liked the 15% discount at Perkins next door. Check in was a little slow because there was only one attendant so we had to wait 20 minutes for other people in front of us to check in. Neither of which had reservations. Our check in went very smoothly because we did pre-register.

WONDERFUL. WILL COME BACK.
We just stayed overnight for a swim meet. The bedrooms are very roomy and the beds very comfortable (soft sheets!). It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at for the same price. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I definitely recommend Wingate.

Great stay for the road
We stayed in this hotel on our drive home. It was exactly what we wanted. Went swimming (wish there was a toddler pool), sleep and had a great free breakfast. The hotel had nice service and had robes to!

There was a problem with the heating/cooling system so the temperature couldn't be controlled in the room - overall it wasn't a big deal. The pillows are really not very good.

Hotel is very close to airport (a plus), and it is an average hotel. A nice free hot breakfast and free Internet. Very friendly staff. A hot tub and heated indoor pool (a plus in Montana). The hotel has nothing outstanding about it, but it is clean, quiet, close to airport. Helena is a small town so the hotel is close to anything in town. Though there is nothing outstanding about the hotel, it is yet a clean, comfortable hotel with all the basic amenities that a business or leisure traveller will need.

Lovely hotel in Helena
Made base camp here while looking for permanent residence in Helena. All of the staff were SO nice, and pleasant. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated. Easy access to highway and downtown.

Good times!
After a week of cross country touring, we were so grateful for the welcoming staff of this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the beds were just perfect. I have a difficult time sleeping in a strange bed, but just sank right into this bed. The full breakfast fare offered by the hotel was delicious and had great serving times that were convenient. The hotel location was right in the middle of Helena which made it convenient (within a mile or so) to all of the area attractions.

Nice hotel for business
everything was fine but the reservation with orbitz was a little messed up. They thought I wanted a smoking room but my reservation clearly indicated non - smoking. I also had a 2 day prepaid reservation and when I checked out they tried to charge me for another day.
