Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn

this hotel is nice. We were there on a busy weekend and everything was completely booked but the hotel did a nice job. The breakfast could offer some healthier options would be my only suggestion.

Our room smelled of smoke, I told a cleaning person who offered us some Febreeze. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! We did not use the pool or hot tub as we were busy outside of the hotel while we were there.

Large, very comfortable room. Very clean, plenty of pillows. Staff friendly & helpful. Exceded my expectations. Total price was nearly $20 less than quoted!!

We were put into a ground-level room with people walking right outside our window. The room was also handicap-ready, which is OK, except the toilet seat was about three feet off the floor. The biggest problem was the breakfast situation. The room is too small for the size of the hotel, and there were no seats available when we first showed up. On our second try, though the small staff tried to keep up, there were no plates or glasses available. I mentioned this to the young woman at the front desk and she expressed sympathy but offered no help. It was as if the lack of organization was my problem, not the hotel's.

The hotel itself was just amazing. The room was excellent and roomy, the breakfast was unbelievably good. The hotel was very clean and so was the outside. Wasn't impressed with the view. Just the side of the mountain and couldn't open my windows because of the fans running out side. Here's the bad part. When checking in the gal asked for my card. Thinking it was for any additional charges I gave it to her. I told her my room was already paid for twice. Next couple of days I tried to use my card and it came back invalid. talk about embaressing. Called my bank and they said that my hotel was tring to charge my room again. Had to go to the front desk and straighten it all out again. It was so humiliating when I was at the store purchasing quite a few items and my card was rejected because of there mistake. The other problem I had was when house keeping cleaned my room they turned my refrigerator up so my items were not that cold and I had formula in there for my child. Also my room never cooled down. I even tried to turn my thermostate to 50. It ran all night but never got realy cold. Would stay there again but would suggest that they retrain there help.

I enjoyed the pool and the choice of using a steam room or the dry heat sauna. The jacuzzi was a little narrow and the underwater jets weak but at least the water was warm. The rooms were clean and quiet and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

The hotel was nice enough, not as nice as the pictures make it appear. I booked through [...] and my card was charged the full amount in April. When I checked in, in May, the desk clerk asked for my debit card. I told him I didn't understand why he would need it since I had already fully paid. He said something about authorizing the room; whatever, I gave it to him. He then CHARGED ME AGAIN. Stupid! Two days later while still on my trip I realize my bank account is $300 less than I expected! The hotel had to call the bank, and the hotel manager told me "Never use a debit card to book a hotel room." Excuse me? That would have been helpful to know BEFORE you double charged me! I was NOT impressed with the way they handled THEIR mistake, and generally would say this hotel is overpriced. The ONLY upside was that they are lax on their pool hours, and I DO like a late night swim. If I stayed in Missoula again, I would book elsewhere.

for a suite and the price not clean and furnishings badly needed replacing. bed was great.
