Nice on the Inside

When you pull up and check in you can be quite worried about how the stay will be. However, the rooms were nice and clean, the pool and spa were nice, and the breakfast in the morning was very well prepared. Everything a skier/snowboarder would need! Location was withing walking distance of downtown, so it really fit our needs well.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

The Snag Bar was a good place to hang out and get some food, but the younger crowd tended to prefer Creek.

Not bad

Room was as expected. Included breakfast was very good. U. S. highway 212 over Bear Tooth Pass, between Red Lodge and Yellowstone Park, provided some of the most spectacular views on our entire 8000 mile trip.

Red Lodge Montana

When we drove up to the hotel, I apologized to my husband. Once inside, however, the room was fine. My grandson enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Red Lodge is a fun town to browse, but we ate at Bogarts which is very family friendly, relaxed and reasonably priced. For those with younger kids, Red Lodge has a very special playground with a fort, tepee and lots of places to run, swing and climb.
