Great location

Room was clean! Looked well kept. Plenty of room, didn't feel crowded. Ice cold fridge. Newer tv . Location was great, right off 240, 5 mins to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel at a great price

Loved staying at this hotel, best one on our trip so far. . Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, biscuits, bagels, waffles, gravy, good selection of other items like yogurt and pretty good coffee. Would definitely go back again.

Happy hotel experience

Very happily surprised at the recent renovations. Really like the decor. Modern,clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, efficient staff.This I'd our second stay in 2 Weeks. And They allow pets!!! We will be back soon.

Can you hear me now?!

You get what you pay for. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. But when people come in the room next to you, the whole outside wall shakes like they are coming into your room. The first night we had to sleep with the TV on so we couldn't hear our neighbors conversations. The second night was not at busy, thus not as much noise. Good hotel for the value.

Weekend vacation

Overall a good hotel. But the rooms facing the road have loud traffic noise. We changed rooms to the inner court and it was very nice.

A NICE HOTEL

THE HOTEL IS NEAR THE DOWNTOWN. IT'S CLEAN AND COMFORT. FREE AND GOOD BREAKFAST AND WIFI.

Quick, overnight trip

The room was nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was the typical standard fare. The breakfast area is very crowded and there is simply no flow to the space. Coffee was out when we arrived, but it was refilled fairly quickly. No TP in the bathroom, but more was provided quickly upon request. Long line for checkout. Generally, they need more staff in the morning during the breakfast/checkout rush. Otherwise, a fine stay.

Excellent hotel

This hotel had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, coffee maker, microwave & mini refrig. in room. The complimentary hot breakfast was awesome. No need to go to a restaurant when they offer everything you could want on their buffet. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Asheville.

Vacation

While the location of the motel/hotel was close to major restaurants, stores, etc., we found it somewhat difficult to access as traffic routes were confusing. The facilties were adequate, but they, in our opinion, require updating.
