Just enough for the price
It was a cheap hotel. It felt like a cheap hotel. They gave me an extra key to open the entrance to the hotel building. It was annoying because I had an extra key (in addition to the room key) to take care of.

Location good for Biltmore House, however the "free" wifi was lousy as it came and went. Room was clean. No elevators, one ice machine, issued a key to the outside door and cards for the room. Many signs about taking everything out of your car and "not responsible" made you feel unsafe. Continental breakfast was average. Mens restroom in office/breakfast area missing two ceiling tiles and unclean. Old unkept property.

Good Hotel room for a good price
I showed up into town late, found the hotel on my phone. I was pleasantly suprised at the room size for the price paid. I had a room in the back, where I was able to see my car from the walk out balcony in the well lit parking lot. The hotel is near a residental neighborhood where apparently there are quite a few stray cats.

Great Price for the Location
We wanted a place close to the Biltmore Estate for the New Year's weekend. Every place around seemed to boost their prices for the holiday. But that did not seem to be the case here. The hotel was located only a couple blocks from the Estate. The hotel, while somewhat dated and reminding me of the 1950s motor inns, was clean and the bed very comfortable. Since we planned to spend all of our time out sightseeing, we only needed a place to sleep -- and this proved ideal. If you want luxury accommodations, this would not be the place. If you want a clean room at a reasonable price, this works well.

couple getaway
it was a nice motel for the price. the room had every thing we need for our stay we did not spend alot of time in the room. the contiental breakfast was okay it would have been nice if the pastry would have been warm and the coffee was old and strong.

I choose the motel because it was close to the Biltmore and the price was okay. We spent most of the day at the biltomore and it was nice to come back to the room to rest.

Excellent Value
1-2 miles from the Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville, and walking distance from Biltmore Village. Very comfortable, quiet, clean rooms, nice color scheme of red and beige in the room and white bathrooms. Entrance from carpeted hallways. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, fruits, coffee, etc. Nice hotel staff. Perfect if you are just looking for a good night sleep. Would definitely stay there again considering the excellent value for the buck!

Great Hotel to Sleep in
We were in Asheville for a wedding. We just were there just to sleep. It was clean. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be updated soon.
