Loved it!
I couldn't have stayed at a Choice hotel for this price and it was the nicest room I've been in awhile. Truly a suite with separate bedroom. Complete kitchenette with dishwasher. Would be great for extended stay. Will be great for my next trip back to Charlotte.

Hotel Front Desk Person Extremely Rude
I reserved a suite with 2 beds online, but upon arrival was given a dirty, uncleaned 1 bed suite. The front desk person remarked that he was busy, and totally disregarded my problem with the suite. Finally, after much heated exchanges, I was given the correct suite. The front desk person actions were totally inappropriate for his position, and didn't represent Hyatt well.

Unbeatable for the price
This hotel was beyond my expectations for the price. I will be going to Charlotte again in the future and this is where I will be staying. I was a little worried on the way to the hotel that there must be something wrong if they have all those amenities (hot tub, full breakfast, huge flat screen tvs, fantastic fitness room)for under 100 dollars but I was very happy with the hotel. I have paid much more to stay in much less. Highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel choice in Charlotte
A great choice for a hotel in Charlotte. We experienced a friendly greeting and excellent attentive service. The staff was accommadating to our request for room location and we were very surprised and pleased with the clean and spacious one bedroom suite. We met other family members that also stayed at the hotel and they too were very satisfied with their suite and the excellent free full breakfast. This was our first stay at at Hyatt hotel property but we will try to stay at Hyatt Hotels in the future.

Hotel charged me AND [...] charged me -
they charged me at check out, i had already paid through [...] i was charged twice for this room [...] fixing it, but i can't use the money till bank clears it and on phone for 30 mins dealing with it
