Welcome to Ramada Charlotte Northeast. Our 120 guestrooms are full of thoughtful amenities including a well lit work desk, 27in Remote controlled TV with HBO and cable. All rooms include Iron and Ironing boards, hair dryers and Coffee makers. We will get you started each day with a Complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast that includes hot waffles made to order, freshly brewed coffee, juice and more. We will make your business travels just a little bit easier by providing free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, free local calls, convenient fax service, and conference/meeting room seating up to 40 people. Race trip

Clean. Nothing Special. Easy to find. People above us were very noisy. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but overall it was a place to sleep and shower which was our basic need.

Needs help

This hotel needs updating, maintenance of the rooms were horrible. I asked the hotel clerk to fix my sick and shower and it was never done... Also no compensation was offered....

A very good value

An older motel, but very nicely maintained. Very clean. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A very good experience for the price.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

There is a Cookout restaurant very close to the motel with a varied menu. Recommend parking so you can study the large menu before ordering. Good food at very good prices.

Visiting College Student

The two stars reflect this facility accurately. Nascar Race was going on and most of the hotels were filled. The bathroom was so tiny you could not turn around and the toliet seat was not the right size. The tolietries were not refilled and the sheet and blanket had stains on them. Your better off staying 10 miles further and driving to your destination. Price was high for this level of hotel but it was event weekend

Ramada must not be what it used to be.

The bedspreads had stains on them. The shower was not very clean. There was hair in the tub. The bathroom sink had a clog which caused the water to drain very slowly. There was very little toilet paper on the two rolls which were in the bathroom. There were holes in the walls. The continental breakfast area should have been cleaner. Honestly, we thought that a Ramada would have been better for the price.

perfect for friends and family to stay at

my experience was very goo. The room was smoke free and clean which I was expecting or looking for when staying at hotels. Very spacious and the staff was very friendly. If I am in that area and needed to stay with my family that is were we would stay

Family Birthday Celebration

My stay was very good. I was late checking in and i called and they said not to worry because i had pre-paid. I was in and out going to different activities and felt safe in returning to my room. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up. The Continental breakfast was excellant with the make it yourself waffles. I ate and get back in the bed because i knew i had that extra hour of Noon check-out. I only missed getting in the pool because it was a little chilly. I will be back again soon,
