Close to Convention Center
Location was perfect fo our needs. Close to some good restaurants and just 5-7 minutes from the UNCG campus. Hotel has some age on it but overall, it was in good condition. Bathroom had apparently been renovated recently. Snacks were available until 6pm in the evening. On the first day they had chili-spaghetti and tossed salad plus some cold BudLite. A little unusual I thought. Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast wasretty much standard fare, waffles, sausage biscuits, eggs, cereal, juices and milk, etc.

Great Place to Stay Near Conference Center
Exceptionally clean // Staff very friendly // I was very impressed that my room was suite style (couch, large bathroom, fridge, flat screen television) for the price of a budget hotel. // I stayed here for a nearby professional conference. // I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Greensboro area.

DRY AIR!
The AC/Heting system in the room blew out very dry air and caused everyone in my group to get a Upper respiratory infection.

Comfortable and clean
We were pleasantly surprised when the king suite we booked had a huge whirlpool tub, pull out sofabed, and nice flat screen tv. The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful.

Comfortable stay... Beds, pillows, shower- all great. Only complaint would be my room was next to the laundry facility and I'm a light sleeper - so I'll make sure to request a room farther away next time.

A room with a view
This hotel is located off a side street in a busy area of town but you would never realize it. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The beds in the double suite were small, as were the bed pillows. The free breakfast was great. All in all, it's a great value for the price.

Good Convention Weekend
USAS Convention(Sheraton) was full so we stayed here. The first room we stayed in, had a very strong musty almost burning smell to it. I Have asthma and knew it wouldnt work. I went to the front desk and they took care of it and put us in another room. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was a much cleaner room. It had the crispness you come to expect when walking into a Hotel room for the first time.

Good Value
The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was large with granite counters. There was free WIFI in the room and cable TV with HBO was included. The 'continental' breakfast included the standard muffins and danish, but also a waffle maker, pre-packaged hard boiled and scrambled eggs. The Best Western Plus offered a great value for the money.

Greensboro College Mom
Relaxing college move
This Best Western was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Since my daughter is attending school in the Greensboro area, I will stay at this Best Western again.
