Getaway

The room was comfortable however it did not look all that well from the outside. It looked run down and shabby and was a little worried about the area at first. However it proved to be very convenient to freeway and my other needs.

Nice place.

Went to a concert at the coliseum complex and visited a friend.

A Genuine Dump

When we finally got our room after a 15-minute wait at check-in, we were surprised how small the room was. The room had very worn out furniture and smelled bad. Within 5 minutes we were asking for our money back, but we finally agreed to looking at another room. The second room was better (larger, the furniture was OK, and the room didn't smell), but was still far below par (we have stayed in a number of other Days Inn's and all were nice). Since we were very tired from travelling, we accepted the room. This Days Inn was definitely top five of the worst motels that we have experienced.

Four Season's mall for shopping. Also, Carraba's within 5 minutes of the 8-10 hotels in the same area.

If you want good go elsewhere

it is close to alot of things to do but lots of things wrong in room. Handicap rail in bathroom falling off wal,shower curtain falling off wall with wall paper peeling off, Frig didn't work and neither did the 2 ice machines. The bed was ok.

Traveling with [...].......

Greensboro was cold.... Ice was still on the road and on the side of the street. A little slippery here there, however the hotel was good. No problems there the only thing was that heat stopped working for the first night, however the manager came and had someone fix it the same night and fixed the phone. He was of great service as well, so I would return...If I had to....

Days Inn Greensboro

I visited family and friends. No, there was nothing missing that I had expected to be present. This was comparable to previous trips which I have taken using this hotel chain and others that are similar.
