Crestwood Suites - Greensboro-Airport

The room was run down, cracks in the bathroom. what mor do u need.

Good location. Room had many many problems. Mold in bathtub. Shower lever broken. (I reported but no one fixed) Because of this I could not take a bath only showers. Curtains were shreaded in many places. Curtains were too short for windows and light came in every day and woke me up. Bathtub was not clean. Lots of hair in tub and on floor. Dental floss on floor that no one cleaned up. I paid a lot of money for this room. He should have at least been clean.

This hotel is in a good location, rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that there is no ice machine on the premises. The refrigerators don't have ice makers and it took so long for the ice to freeze in the ice trays that we couldn't have a cold drink until we got up the next morning and then we had to check out. Everything else was great. TAKE ICE!

I was amazingly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was very easy to get to from the airport and if I ever get a chance to go out there again, I will definitely stay there again.

Terrible sleeping arrangements. They quote a lounge chair as a bed. Not good!

There are better options in the High Point/Greensboro area. However if you need a very simple place to sleep, this place is perfect. And a value for the price, however you back my ache after your first night.

Very bad experience. First I checked in and they didn't have my reservation. When I finally did there was some sort of party going on / on my floor with the extended residents that lasted until about 4am w/ people running around and doors slamming. It was like a college dorm....the internet was down the entire 4 days I was there and nobody could give an answer to why or change me to a room that had access. The TV didn't work right and had lines on 1/2 the channels, the cable also went out during my stay. The room was not cleaned 2 of the 4 days I was there. Overall I was very disappointed after the good reviews I had seen. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. They could pay me and I wouldn't stay here again!

We did not realize that maid service was not included each day. We were shocked to return later in the evening to unmade beds and no towels.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Had lots of activities away from the hotel. Did not spend much time there. So it met our needs. Enjoyable weekend.

It was good the staff was friendly. Room was clean except for the floor in the kitchen being sticky, and the A/C leaked into the room. But overall it was good for the price.
