My wife and I took the trip to see our son Graduate from Camp Geiger. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the directions to get there as there were no clear signs on the highway. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping if you so chose to partake. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

Just okay
I was in town visiting family. Overall the room was nice, the small kitchen and refrigerator came in handy. The shower knob didn't work and leaked and kept turning off the shower. The flat screen tv also didn't work so well. For some reason I had to play with it (the power button and the power cord) to get it to turn on... The remote wouldn't turn it on either. For a 100.00 a night I would expect all that to work.

Quiet, clean and welcoming stay.
My wife and I use this for accomodations when fishing at Surf City. Beach accomodations are always at a premium. Extended Stay offers full size kitchens, sitting area with a table and all the bedding, yes even the comforters are laundried between customers. This is the fourth time we have stayed at an Extended Stay. [...], as always was very accomodating. Thanks!

Not So Good
This will make my third trip to Jacksonville NC to see my Marine Son. I requested a non smoking room yet here is the ashtray in my room. The air conditioner heater has this terrrible elcetric noise comming out of it so i turn it off at night so that I can sleep. there is a 1/2 inches crack area the window locking out to the parking and it willnot close. there pillows feel about as good as rocks. The last 2 times I have been here have stayed at the comfort suite accross the street. there beds are better there pillows are much better and the cost is a little higher but in my opion worth ever dime

Excellent
Staff was very pleasant, I checked in early without a problem. Room was clean and very comfortable. I was surprised to find a fully supplied kitchen, with full sized refrigerator, sink in kitchen area, 2 burner stove, dishes, cups, pots/pans, etc. I only stayed for 1 night, but could have comfortably stayed for a week or more. When I travel again, I will definitely look for this hotel chain.

We found out that [...] had made the reservation through [...] who got the smoking room when I has specifically asked for non-smoking since my son has allergies. Since there were no other rooms available, we had no choice but to stay for the night.

Not really a two day get away place
Hotel staff was wonderful. If you are looking for your "typical" hotel...this is not it. No wake up calls, tv's were so so. On a positive note-it is quiet, comfortable and a safe place to be.
