This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! The room was even better than I expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would def. recommend this hotel and stay here again. The BEST hotel experience I've ever had.

Was just at this hotel for one night and found it satisfactory in every way. There are not many amenities on site but rooms are clean with separate sitting and bedroom areas. Good for the business traveler.

Although the room, pool and rest of the hotel turned out to be what we expected (very nice and comfortable) the staff made the difference for us. Even the cleaning crew made time to stop and chat, with at least a curtious smile. One thing to work on - add hard boiled eggs to the continental breakfast and this trip would be complete. We had to run to Denny's for a anythng more than a quick bite with our coffee.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, quiet. Just what we wanted.

a clean hotel, the staff stay cleaning all the time, but the gym only has 3 tread mills, thats all dont even look for a 10 pound dumb bell, the eating area is very small for such a nice size hotel, only one elevator as well, the front desk staff also works the kitchen, shouldnt the hyatt have cook,the ,tv has basic cable and maybe one hbo channel, if you can get over the gym,kitchen,cable, its a good hotel, and small pool, not heated

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Perfect for a family of 3-4. Plenty of room, great amenities, close to all sorts of things. Clean enough for Mr Clean himself, BUT... the type room we requested was a king bed with sleeper sofa. This particular room type is behind and beside the elevator. Never heard the elevator but heard every single loud mouth teenager attending the many post prom parties that were going on at this Hyatt. Was awaken every half hour from heels clicking the tile floor, the giggling of drunk girls and the vulgar language of their "OH SO COOL" dates. Called the front desk and complained at 2 am. Also complained during check out. The manager was apologetic and extended a free night for a future stay since she could not refund that nights stay [...]. This seems to be a popular trend of parents booking rooms for their underage kids to keep them safe from drunk driving. But since this is a popular trend the hotel management should have expected this and put us in a room as far away from the prom parties as possible. I stayed in this town at the airport hotel and had a quieter night. Just don't book here during the month of May or request a room as far from others as possible. At least away from the elevator. No one has hotel etiquette these days. I was taught to be quiet as to not disturb others who may be sleeping. Not only did the prom kids keep me awake I was awakened at 7 am by 4-5 yr olds screaming and running for the elevator followed by their parents who apparently didn't care they were waking everyone up.

Friendly hotel service, convenient location near Trader Joes, Dennys. Spacious room w/ small living room area, small refrigerator, coffee maker. In lobby is fruit and 24hr use of microwave.
