Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

We were staying to see family in the area just overnite, and were welcomed sincerely. The room was small, but comfortable. I am a stickler for clean rooms and this one was tops. Congrats to the housekeeping. Parking was easy access, Will stay again!!!!

The hotel itself was a little dated, rooms were extremely small. However, very clean, bed was incredibly comfortable and customer service was exceptional. It was just my son and I traveling, but if it were my whole family, I probably would find another hotel that was a littl more spacious. Great shopping mall right across the street with lots of dining options. Get there early though, we went on a Friday night and after 6:00, the mall parking lot was a zoo.

The bed was older and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The sheets were showing their age as well. I didn't have a coffee pot in the room nor coffee. There were dishes left outside the door when I arrived. The hotel was clean comfortable and friendly. I would stay there again.

We had a room on the 6th floor, and it was 93 degress the afternoon we check in. The room was very warm, so we turned down the thermostat and left for a few hours. The room wasn't any cooler when we returned. We tried to sleep and ended up moving to a room on the first floor at 2 in the morning, which was cooler, but still never got as cool as we would've liked after turning the thermostat down. Then took a shower in the morning to find that the water pressure was terrible. It took me ten minutes to rinse shampoo out of my long hair. The bathroom was too small for 2 people to be getting ready in at the same time. The pillows were aweful! A king size bed with 3 standard size feather pillows (and maybe we're the only folks in the world that don't like feather pillows) and 3 Euro pillows (square). The bed itself was comfortable, very soft. For a Marriot, I was very disappointed with my experience, and I am usualy not picky about hotel rooms.

Personnel were very helpful. Room was exactly what we had asked for and was very clean. Our stay was only one night so could not take advantage of all of the amenities. Would definitely book here again.

Bathtub wasn't clean and waitstaff at breakfast were unfriendly and slow, but nice location across from great mall.

Very nice hotel. I received 5 star service at a fraction of the cost.

Located within walking distance to a major shopping mall with Cheesecake Factory and other eating options. The hotel was modest, not convention size and that kept down the traffic noise. The bedroom was comfortable but the soft bedding was the icing on the cake. I slept like a baby.
