One night Stay

Hotel is old fashion, simple room, cold A/C and clean. Ok for a quick fix but it is not a real budget saver. Has a restaurant on site that had nice breakfast menu, but no complementary service. We stayed here for UNCW graduation services because we waited to late to make other arrangements. It will due in a pinch.

Good value for short stay.

Location good. Has an on sight restaurant. Convenient and close to most everything. Room comfortable and clean. Staff friendly.

Hotel was in an area that was not safe.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was located in a very bad part of town. More restaurants and businesse were boarded up. It was a scary experience. This is in street gang territory. Most businesses have left. I had to wait until it was day light to leave my room. The rooms were way in the back of the hotel. NOT GOOD!

Little Outdated...

The room was average. It had a HDTV which was nice and the hotel is on the main drag in Wilmington. However, the hotel has all exterior room entrances and thin walls which made for a noisy couple of nights. The single rooms have queen instead of king size beds which is a little outdated.

nice place to stay

we had a nice room facing the pool-the staff was friendly and accommodating-our trip was to carolina beach was only 20 min. away. we also enjoyed the pool which was always clean and refreshing.great time would stay again.
