I usually cannot sleep well at hotels, but the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. This was definitely the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

It was very nice. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was that at exactly 9am they closed down the breakfast bar.

I was very excited as we arrived because the location was fantastic. We booked last minute reservations so it was the closest stay to the beach available and it is a straight shot to a great spot on the ocean. There are some great restaurants and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself was disappointing. The pool was the size of two bath tubs put together and not clean. The whirlpool was shut down and taped off. When I called from the room to request towels, the staff stated that they were the only ones working and we had to retrieve them ourselves. When we went to retrieve the towels we were told they didn't have that many clean and we had to limit our number. Our toilet was slow and stopped up. When we called for maintenance we were told to watch our toilet paper usage. When we booked our room we were told we had a queen and a double bed but it was a queen and a SOFA bed. The sofa bed was torn through the bottom and the mattress would fall through to the floor. There was no bedding available for the sofa bed so we had to walk downstairs and retrieve it ourselves. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The staff helping with breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was convenient to downtown, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Having a mini kitchen is a plus. You need to know they do allow pets......

Everything was good. Our rooms were across the hall from each other. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good.

Room itself was ok however that is as far as I can go with a positive recommendation. We had one day where housekeeping was poor and another day where the hotel guest were woken up by a fire alarm panel being worked on at 7AM and the individual did not know how to turn it off. That created everyone having to eat their " free breakfast" outside in the cold because the alarm was going on and off all morning. Tried to call the front desk and nobody was there to pick up the phone to see what was going on.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. When we checked in we noticed that the bathtub wasn't draining correctly but once we notified the front desk, they quickly remedied the problem and even offered to let us switch rooms if we wanted too. The cleaning staff were also top notch. The pool was perfect for little ones, it isn't too deep. The continental breakfast is all you need to start your day and I would definetly stay here again. Also it is really close to surrounding beaches without being directly on the beach. We loved it!

There were 2 hairs in the bed and the tub was backed up.

Pool so small it's almost cute. Other than that, this is a great hotel minutes from all the restaurants, the beach and the highway.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to restaurants, easy access to roads in and out of town, and the staff was polite and professional. If I have to go back to Wilmingon, this is where I will stay.
