Very nice room !
I don't sleep as well travelling as I do at home partly because my bedroom is pitch-black and we have a 'white-noise' fan running plus we sleep on a tempurpedic bed. This room however was top-notch and comfortable in every way.

A lot of hotels are the same the staff makes one great
1st time in Bismarck and stayed at the holiday inn express. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Room was spotless. Had trouble with a heater making noise that was fixed same day. Had an issue with a reserved car not showing up. One of the hotel staff came out and gave me a ride to an 8:30 appt. I had to make. I will stay here again every time I am in bismarck. The staff was top notch friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.

For the price Texas road house had a wonderful bone in ribeye bring your appetite its big.

Just fine for an overnight stay
Large, comfortable rooms. Newer hotel. Air conditioning worked great in the very hot conditions outside. Located close to I-94, but not right on the road. Fine overnight stopover point on drive from Minneapolis to southwest Montana.

quiet place
went to a wedding and business..a small lounge would be nice..one thing that happened was water from rain storm ran into our room from the window and we had to get extra towels to soak up the water...would be nice to have ice machines on every floor instead of walking up or down stairs to get ice... minor thing but for the price of the room ice should be available on each floor. [...] nice overall..

A great place to stay
My husband and I and a friend stayed here during the Black Friday weekend and it was a good choice. The continental breakfast was better than most and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was that we had to get our card keyes re-activated several times.

wife was given later checkout, then went shopping. Holiday Inn Express are always good; this was better then usual. Hot breakfast with eggs and bacon, as well as the usual but less of the donuts-that's good
