Accomodating staff
My daughter got the flu the morning we were checking out and when I called the front desk to see if we could extend the check out time they were very accomodating. From check-in to check-out, all of the staff was very friendly.

Hot Headed
Poor room and staff
When we checked in on Saturday, the woman at the desk was fantastic! She went out of her way for us and she gets 5 stars! When we checked out, a different woman at desk and when I complained about the room, she didn't eve apologize, just made excuses. The bed by the window made a loud clicking noise with every movement and the heat wouldnt turn all the way off. Was at least 80 in the room at night. Hard to sleep. Woman at desk just said "It's hooked up to the boiler system, it won't blow cool air now would it?" What kind of business doesn't appologize for inconvenience??

ONE NITE STAY
BUSINESS TRAVELER
STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, AND NEW THE CITY AND COULD TELL ME WHERE STORES AND RESTUARANTS WERE. ROOM WAS CLEAN.

Weekend away with no kids
we had a wonderful time! Staff was great. It turned out to be a perfect weekend and the restaurant was very nice. Had a romantic dinner one night and closed down the bar the next night. Ps..if in Bismarck check to see if the flea bitten tramps are playing, had the opportunity to hear them jam at double wood inn. Awesome!

family vacation
needed a place for a pitstop between Minneapolis and Regina
This hotel was not good. The hall and room had a musty smell and I think they use vinegar to try to cover it. The pool had broken tiles on the floor and we saw a couple crickets hopping around. The room was very dated and had an air conditioner that sounded like a jet taking off. We checked out very early to make this hotel a memory.

Beautiful large room
We were there for a class reunion, to see family and enjoy the 4th of July festivities. The motel was conveniently located, the room was beautifully decorated and had all the things we could possibly need. We were very happy with the entire visit.

Comfortable and comfy
We needed a quiet place to stay while visiting family and friends. Having a quiet place of our own instead of somebodies spare room made the trip less stressful. The staff was awesome, bed was great, and the room was quiet.
