good deal for the money
it was a good deal, but it would've been much better if there was a coffe pot in the room. Long walk in the wintertime across the parking lot to get the first cup in the morning!

Hotel staff was very arrogant and not friendly, they also seemed not very knowledgeable and overcharged my card as well as a co workers (more then once) then trying to fix the funds issue was a complete joke. The rooms were clean and comfortable but horrible staff and service. Most likely will never be staying there again.

Don't bother
The motel bumped my reservation when I arrived, because too many people extended their stays. They sent me to another motel across town, which also had no vacancies.

Very average
The room was clean. The bathroom and sink were in a small area. It was loud late at night and early in the morning, with people talking. Difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Melfunction
great stay
We have stayed here several times while visiting Grand Forks. The hotel is always clean and quiet, and the staff are always friendly. Good location in reference to area attractions and shopping. We will definitely be back

Clean and cheap no real amenities but if you're just looking for a affordable bed to sleep in thats well kept and comfortable. this is a good spot.
