Horrible cancellation experience

I experienced serious car trouble at the last minute. I called to cancel at about 5:30pm, yes, after the 4pm deadline. However, I called Super 8, I called Super 8 headquarters AND I called Orbitz and got nothing but 1 and half hours of run around. I was not looking for full refund even, but thought that a partial rather than full payment seemed fair as it was still early. 80 bucks for nothing.

Good room, clean and quick check in. Just stopping through so didn't have a chance to use any of the hotel facilities.

You couldn't beat it for the price. It was in a good location right off the highway but close to everything in the city. Loved the wide variety of free breakfasts every morning during our stay with fresh brewed coffee 24 hours a day. It had a pool, gym and the rooms included a refrigerator and microwave oven. The only complaint we had was that the bed was small and a bit hard, but everything else was so nice that we would definitely return if we visit Vally City again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.
