Terrible. They try to sell you bad rooms
We got there, used the bathroom and the toilet overflowed all over the place, had to turn the water off. Also, we found grime and dirt everywhere and dead bugs, the lights worked, but most of the empty outlets did not. Definitely will not go to this specific hotel again. We came down for a religious trip and were expecting a hospitable place to lay our heads, and we found barely that.

Disappointed
Service (young man) at check-in was courteous & professional. We were disappointed with the breakfast buffet (have had much better at same-priced hotels elsewhere), and more disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Spider webs in the corners & not very well vacumed. Most important with the service the last morning. We asked for a roll of toilet paper, and were told she'd bring it up to our room. Half hour later, when I went to check on the status, I found the receptionist outside on a smoke break with the cleaning staff. She said "do you need something?". I said I'd like the toilet paper I had asked for earlier, and she said "you still need that?". I honestly didn't know what to think at that point. We'd never go back to this one.

Simple & Adequate
Stayed here for the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting. Rooms were clean, beds were soft, but the place was loud. However, for the price, I got what I paid for with a free breakfast that was actually quite good.

Just a place to sleep.
Most of my stay included hanging out with friends that live in Omaha, and my stay with them was great. However, with the Ramada, my issue was the WiFi. It was clear that WiFi would be freely available in every room, and it was not for a week. I was told the day after my stay that it would be fixed, and it never was, so all there was to work with was a public computer (not very safe!) in the entrance of the hotel. Room service barely gave me a chance to get out of the room in the mornings, not waiting until breakfast was over before knocking on my door to see if I wanted room service. For a place to sleep, the hotel is fine, clean, and safe.. just remember - you are getting what you pay for.

Bitter Disappointment
Upon arrival to my room, I found there was no refrigerator or microwave. I stopped by the front desk inquired about the availablity of rental. I was told the only rooms that had, were King and Buiness suites. I asked about an upgrade, I was told I had to contact Orbitz, to see what the difference was. Why was this necessary, the clerk should have been able to bill the difference? Starting with the bathroom, there was black fungus along the shower walls, and the toliet was off base, because the white sealant along the floor base was displaced. The vanity sink had a sewer smell. The cushioned chair was stained. The heating and air conditioning unit faceplate was coming off. The maid daily forgot to leave either a face cloth or hand towel. Suffice to say I did not enjoy my week there.

Went to Omaha for the College World Series. Stayed at the Ramada because [...]. It turned out to be conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to Rosenblatt Stadium. That was a nice surprise. Part hotel, part motel. The rooms were okay...noting fancy, but decent. There did not seem to be any convenient electrical outlets though to charge my phone or laptop. I had to crawl under desks or put it over in the corner. And, the trashcans were oddly placed. The outside of the hotel could have used some cleaning and general maintenance. Areas are showing their age.Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for the College World Series because the ease of transportation, but wold not recommend it for a romantic getaway!

Night Stay
I should of looked closer if there was a pool, there wasnt one at the hotel which was upsetting. we had to move 2 times before getting a room with an air conditioner that worked. The staff was friendly though. It was a close enough for us to the zoo.
