Quality, Straight Forward Stay

Nice hotel
Good experience other than was up all night listening to an incredible loud air conditioner. Didn't sleep an hour that night it was either too hot or you had to listen to the air conditioner, which sounded like a broken diesel engine in your room.

Good location
Small irritations that should be reviewed by management Original key card did not work Unable to get a rubber mat for bathtub so I wouldn"t slip in tub Piece attached to faucet in tub broken - water did not drain

Great place to stay
I had a great room on the second floor. They had a nice exercise room. Lobby was pleasant and welcoming. Free wi-fi. Small restaurant on-site, but didn't use it. Also adjacent to a steak place, but I didn't try that either (I had too much conference food). Staff was very friendly. Windows are pretty thin so during the day it was a bit noisy on the second floor. Omaha is quiet at night so it wasn't a problem. Free shuttle to/from airport. Great place to stay for business travel.

Short walk to O's Dining and Lounge. Great place for asian fusion. I had the pad thai and loved it.

The hotel shuttle takes you over to Harrah's in Council Bluffs and will come back and get you - wonderful not to have to worry about driving!

Wonderful accommodations!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have a year old daughter and they provided a pack-nPlay at not charge. We were visiting relatives in a small town near by and my mither in-law wanted to stay the night with us one night to go swimming and spend time with the baby while we enjoyed Omaha's night life. The hotel orivided a roll away at not xharge. The rooms are very spacious so this worked out well for us.

This hotel was in a prime location for us. It. was a short drive to and from the airport. The old market has wonderful shopping and restaurants within a few blocks.The parks and walkways were few nice and family friendly. The best restaurant was Rojas!!!! It is a must! The margaritaso are fab and the food and atmosphere is amazing!

The greatest hotel experience
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite and always smiling. The walk down the street to the Old Market area as we passed the Riverwalk was amazing and everytime we returned they always asked us how our time was and if there was anything they could do for us. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!

Good location relative to Market Place
Clean room, decent service, located within walking distance of the Market Place. Read the fine print on the contract, they automatically send you USA today and charge extra for it unless you strike it from the bill in advance.

The French Cafe and other restaurants are all within a short walk from the hotel. It made for a nice evening when the work day was done.

Great Location Well Worth the Cost
We chose this hotel because it was with in walking distance of the Quest Center and Old Market area.Our stay was very enjoyable from the time we checked in till we left.The cost was a little more than what we usually spend but the service made it well worth the splurge.
