Nice stay
The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Both of the shifts that I encountered were professional, but also outgoing and engaging. Other members of the staff were helpful and mindful of the guests safety. There was alot of ice in the parking lot, making footing uncertain.

Reaction time at the closest restaurant was not up to standard. I (single person) waited over fifteen minutes in a nearly empty restaurant to be seated at eight PM.

Enjoyed the local sites - Chimney Rock and Scottsbluff. We had good food from a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding start to the next day.

Staff was confused at check in that we had paid [...] They offered no solution, and required a credit card to secure the hotel again. I was given a number to reach a manager, who was not working during our stay.

Perfect room
Everything was just right, from checking in to checking out. Rooms were large, clean, and the beds were very easy to sleep in. Had a good Breakfast bar in the morning.
