Mold and Mildew in hot tub. Pool was cold.

The rooms at this Best Western were clean and comfortable. We went during the off season for this area and were relying on the indoor pool and hot tub to fill out our time and experience during the day since long hikes are more challenging when it's snowing and muddy in the Spring. Unfortunately, the hot tub was dirty and the pool was cold (and probably not been cleaned in a while, it was slippery/slimy on the bottom). The hotel is pet friendly, which is difficult to find in the Franconia area. The continental breakfast did have egg and sausage patties and a waffle maker; this was an unexpected perk. We would stay here again.

Nice setting, clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff, a little out of the way from the main attractions in Lincoln and Conway area, but if you're looking for quiet relaxation it's great!

I loved the location and the view from my window. We went swimming, hiking, played in the game room, went shopping, we had fun! The Lodge was very cozy, I loved the wood and the vibe was very chill and relaxing. We were only there one night and I wish we could of stayed longer. Overall we enjoyed everything and would definitly come back for a longer stay.

clean hotel, nice staff

Spent one night here as we were doing the cog railroad early the next morning. The hotel was nothing fancy but the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. FYIs: 1) there are only 2 restaurants in town, 2)no hair dryer in the room and 3) it is about a 1/2 hour drive to get to the cog.
