the hotel was neat and clean. friendly atmosphere. indoor pool was nice. several great restaraunts were a few miles from the hotel.

It's an older hotel in need of sprucing up. The room was reasonably clean, but attention to details while cleaning would be a good idea (dust on woodwork an in corners). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only stayed overnight on my way to a hike.

Overall it was very pleasant. Rooms were spacious. bathroom was a bit tight but I'm not living there. Seemed nice and clean. Great location near the attractions and shopping. This was a stopover from doing the Santa's village/Storyland mini vacation.

Excellent weekend getaway. Outlet shopping all around. Plenty of places to eat or we could have cook right in our suite 2 burner stove top. Full size frig. We had everything you need for a extended stay. Nice comfy bed. We are planning a return trip. To enjoy all the area has to offer. Hiking, horseback riding, shopping and Mt. Washington. They also are pet friendly. Yeah!

Took a few days to view the foliage in NH, very nice accomadations, nice touch with the complimentary breakfast, I will stay at this Residence Inn again.

Very good vakue. We enjoyed a quiet stay during the off season and benefited from the heated pool ans spa. Great location! Easter brunch was a nice surprise. Friendliness of staff at main desk could be improved.

Our first time at this hotel and we were very happy with everything about the facility and staff. We will make it a point to always try and book our stay with them anytime we are going to North Conway. We eat most of our meals at restaurants and we are rarely impressed with most of the places we dine. The food at the hotel is really quite good well above average.

Red Jacket always offer kids activities aside from indoor pool and the staff is very friendly and they genuinely are in tune with families with kids. Love their kid's menu, don't know if new but noticed it this time. Good times. Please put flat screen in rooms. Big ones! and the hallways need remodel. Rooms are upgraded and nice!

The hotel was okay. Did feel for the price we paid they could of givin us more. Vouchers for a breakfast would have been nice. They have DVD players in the room, but offer no nothing to put in them. as for thier Water Park Attraction, it should be included in the price of the room.

Staff was very friendly and wonderful towards the kids. The location was great and close to verything - very convenient! The price was also very affordable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The stay at the hotel was a great time. The bed was super soft. The staff was real friendly. Thebuilding was under construction while we were there but no noise from the workers. It looks like the place will be super modern when they finish.

Our stay here was great!!We were greeted by the staff had our key cards and were off to the indoor pool.The rooms were nice they grounds are nice.I want to come back during peak season.I'm sure there is more activity!!The shopping trulry is right around the Inn and some great places to eat as well especially if your looking for Lobster roll!!Stay here it is Great!!!

We found the room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgable about the area. While there we did some pre Xmass shopping, took in a movie and went out to eat at the local restaurants. It would be nice if the rooms were fitted with larger TV's, our's was a 19" and with the large room it was a little difficult to see. Also the continental Breakfast was just average, and very limited.

2nd day (Monday)- Husband's 82nd birthday-- awoken by flashing lights, sirens - over micr., told to "Evacuate Building- Fire Alarm". 2:30 a.m. Whole building standing outside in 9 degree weather until they let us congregate in the lounge area until the firemen came. Not a good situation, fortunately we got to our car for the half hour or so of waiting before entering the building. Thanks to Chevrolet for making heated seats. Poor husband didn't feel much like skiing the next day, so lost that one. But, at least it wasn't a fire, only sprinklers going off in the east wing. Didn't get any sort of refund, which would have been nice.

Very clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. Only drawback was that the 4 season pool is only open between 4pm and 9pm. Overall a great place to stay.

We were taking a vacation to North Conway to do some hiking and other outdoors activities. We wanted a hotel that wouldn't break the bank, but would have a comfortable room and a hot tub for our sore legs once we arrived back for the night. We arrived to check in after a long day of hiking, where the last portion of our hike was experienced in complete down pour. The receptionist looked us over like we were wet dogs that did not belong in her hotel, and as we gave our name with smiles on our faces she promptly told us that we did not have a reservation and perhaps we booked a stay at another hotel. We left, still wet and displeased to get internet access and check the reservation once more. We returned with proof that it was the correct location, but apologies were few. She gave us our room keys and we headed out from the lobby. While the outside of the hotel looks rather nice and updated, the inside seems as though it may have been nice in the 1980's but has not received any updating since. The room and area where we were located smelled of smoke from a time when there was a smoking section of the hotel, and as non smokers and active people we were less than pleased. The room itself was clean but for some reason all of our furniture was on top of the bed. It seemed as though no one had stayed in our room for a long while as it took at least 15 minutes for the water to heat up. After moving our bags into the room, we proceeded down to the hot tub to soak our legs. Although the other portion of the hotel did not smell of smoke, it did smell of mildew, and mold was visible almost everywhere. The pool and hot tub were extremely unclean with an apparent lack of chlorine. Although the pool was indoors, it was not heated and therefore freezing and unenjoyable. The hot tub had dirt and grime all over it, making it hard for us not to cringe as we tried to relax. The continental breakfast was better than some we have experienced, but consisted mostly of dried out pastries and bread with options of butter or grape jelly. At checkout another receptionist was even less friendly than the last, and I had to say 'have a great memorial day weekend!' to even receive so much as a good bye. Overall I would say that this hotel needs some serious work, and since there are many other locations to stay around the same price, I would check out other hotels before staying here.

The Mt. Washington Valley Inn needs to work on keeping their premises clean. The upkeep of pool area was such that I could not bring myself to use the facilities. It was musty smelling and dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a decent inn. [...] The owners were kind and the breakfast was tasty. The room was decent size but the bathroom was in the hallway, not right in the room.

We needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights on a work trip to the Conway area. The room and the bathroom were very clean, it was quiet at night, the location was great; right on the main road in N Conway. The place feels a little dated but they did have wifi and the balcony view was fantastic. Overall I would recceomned it to anyone wanting to save some $$$ and doesn't care about having the newest furniture decor.

A great getaway! Located on the main strip of North Conway. Close great resturants and shops. There are multiple ski resorts close by. The Resort it self is a little dated but has a great charm. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. My son enjoyed the indoor pool and I loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Nice an relaxing after a day on the slopes. The resturant located in the Resort is delicious! I would recommed this resort to all my friends! Great and relaxing few days!

Breakfast with lots of continental choices on site was great convenience before we took off for Mt. Washington and tour of White Mountain Forests. Friendly and knowledgeable woman at the desk directed us to the perfect place for a healthy pizza place for dinner - "Flatbread Co." Loved it!

The hotel was good for the price. The first night we were there was very stuffy. We figured out it was a room with no air conditioner. My husband called the front desk...no one was there. So he called the number for emergency in the hotel...not 911. A lady brought us a very good oscillating fan, which made us all very happy. By our second night to sleep there, and air conditioner had already been installed without asking. The muffins at breakfast were very good. The jetted bath tub was pretty cool too. The room was in good condition, and kept very clean. All in all, we had a nice stay there, and we would recommend this to someone else with a tighter budget.
