Can't wait to go back
The hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Very clean, low prices, great location just a short drive to the beach, and surrounded with lots of dining choices! I look forward to returning in the future!

Not so hot
The location was behind a dollar store with views of a trailer park. For a Holiday Inn this was disappointing. Beds were ok but sheets very tired. Smelled like bo in the halls. Needed vacuming. Breakfast ok. Lowered my esteem of Holiday Inns. For the money there are far nicer.

Visiting friends. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made for 4 very restless nights of average sleep. Continental "breakfast" was well below par. We realize it's part of the stay and is "Free", but a little effort would be nice. Juice that is watered dwn it;s basically...colored water. Might be a good place to stay if you are only going to be there for a night,other than that...not so much.

Perfect, except for very hard beds.
The room itself was perfectly fine, very clean, good shower, and nice bath shampoos and such. The pool was the cleanest and nicest I've seen, and the spa was huge, very clean and very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and made us fel at home. We were able to get directions toa local seafood restaurant that we enjoyed very much. Our only complaint was that the beds were so HARD!

Decent
Made a pit stop on the way to Maine. Saw some glowing reviews, so we decided to give it a shot. The location was good and staff reasonably friendly. Coming from Jersey, even a little bit of friendliness means a world to us. The room was spacious and the bathroom was quite large. But the room had a pretty bad smell; couldn't quite explain, but dank, like someone's old smelly shoes. We asked for another room, but they were apparently fully booked. We were offered another room on the first floor. But it smelled the same. The bathroom floor had some kind of sand on it. I could feel it as I walked around. Nothing to write home about.

Nice Place
Nice place. Did have a problem with noise from middle back of building during the night that sounded like steam escaping. So ask for a room on the front of the building.

Holiday Inn Seabrook NH
Good service, good location, quiet yet close to all attractions. Desk staff helpful and friendly. AM breakfast was a nice treat too! Kids, four teenagers, loved it: pool, etc. Would stay again!

Good Vaue
The entrance road to the hotel was easy to miss despite the hotel's signage. You just have to turn right after Advance Auto Parts on that little road. The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning worked great and the towels clean and fresh. The room was clean and te only reason I am no giving 5 stars is the bedlinens were not as fresh feeling as everything else in the room - albeit clean.
