Birthday Ski and Stay
I came here before as a kid and decided to return as a young adult. We were celebrating a birthday and found the Snowy Owl to be just what we were looking for. We skied at Waterville on Saturday and Sunday and the Snowy Owl provided us with a discount on both days, although we only stayed Saturday night. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Village which is where you will find restaurants, shops, an ice raink, and a pond. The Village was beautifully decorated and provided fireworks on Saturday night. We also enjoyed the wine and cheese social which provided us a chance to mingle with other guests. We enjoyed our weekend very much and will definitely return.

good ski trip
great location for skiing Watervile. Continental breakfast could have been a little more of an assortment. Staff was very informative and gracious. Facilities are starting to be dated but served our purposes fine.

madriver tavern a short drive ,was great as well as the nachos at the buckets restaurant at the mountain.
