Wonderful location to Princeton

Spent the weekend there before the Cornell/Princeton football game. Wonderful light, beautiful decor in a wooded setting on the Forrestal Campus of Princeton. Via Orbitz, our breakfast was included with the meal ... saved us over $100 because the breakfast buffet was expensive, but very good. We had mutliple teams with us, football, soccer, hockey, and crew ... all well behaved Ivy Leaguers. The next time we visit our son, we will stay there again. Excellent service and amenities.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

THe walk along the D & R Canal in the fall is really beautiful. Only a short drive from the campus, and the art museum at Princeton is supposed to be very good. The Greek Restauran located on Naussau is also very, very good.

Great one night stay

We went to Princeton for a wedding and stayed one night at the Marriott. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to Route 1 and downtown Princeton, but felt quiet and somewhat secluded. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and the water flow from the sink could've been stronger, but otherwise a great, smooth stay, and a fantastic value!

Peaceful quietness

The atmosphere was tranquil and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was well worth the cost.

A wonderful and convenient location

Had the opportunity to visit Princeton University and really enjoyed the ambiance and the ability to recharge my batteries. Only challenge was that the water was out in my room and I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting on hold for response. Wasn't a big deal but the desk person was probably new and didn't know better than to keep me on hold! Did not spoil the trip.

Very nice hotel

We were only there overnight. There needs to be a safe in the room. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

Very comfortable

My husband and I came with our two sons. We only stayed two nights so we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities. Our room was perfect. Very clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were very cozy. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. The hotel is huge and caters to a lot of social events. Infact we were there for Mother's Day and they had a lovely brunch. Did a really nice job. There is a bar/restaurant that we went to a couple times. We had delicious meals there, even the kids liked it. We would stay there again and recommend our friends to stay there also. It is very close to Princeton which is a beautiful area and great restaurants.
