We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Didn't spend much time ther other than sleeping. It was conveniently located. Rooms were relatively clean. Didn't like the pillows. Way to big. hard on neck and shoulders. It did offer hot breakfast but did nt look appetizing at all. Kids ate a bit. Coffee was good.

The hot breakfast was extra good -- better than the 3-star hotel we had just stayed in. Eggs, hash browns, bisquits/gravy, etc. The room was ok (I would have said pretty good, but there was a dead bug on the floor, which made it just ok), but the neighborhood is pretty rough. Arriving late at night with a young child was scary. It was very close to both freeways, though.

I used to live in Albuquerque a few years ago, but had never considered staying in the SW quadrant, near the airport. It was a very good decision though, I was central to all the interstates, which was perfect since I had a tight travel schedule. Also, the hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, & the staff was great. For the price I paid, I was expecting less but this definitely exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was cooperative and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was prompt and polite. The best was the free parking for 3 weeks while we were away. I would stay here as an excellent choice if needing accommodations close to the ABQ airport.

We had some difficulty with traveling so we arrived late. Check in was a breeze. Management was helpful. We were upgraded to a whirlpool with free breakfast! The beds were super comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Great for a weary traveler

They worked great with us when our plane came in late and even though we had already missed our original check-in time they reinstated our stay and were ready for us when we arrived tired and frustrated.
They honored our desire to not have anyone enter our room during our stay, and the manager spoke with us while we were there and promised to look into a fix for the problem with the water temp in the shower (was too hot and wouldn't adjust down without us first turning the water all the way to cold). Wish I had the time to try the pool/Jacuzzi and work out room.

We came into Albuquerque for a getaway weekend and stayed at the Sheraton. The reason we chose the Sheraton over any other hotel was because they allow animals for no extra charge. The rooms are very clean with plush carpeting and very very comfortable beds. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.
The ONLY complaint I have is that the pool isn't heated. I guess it's really not a big deal since it's hot in NM most of the year and normally it's a comfortable temperature. We decided to go for a quick swim the morning we were checking out and the water was freezing. I'm sure if we had swam during the day or later in the afternoon/evening, we wouldn't have had any problems.

Was very impressed with this hotel. 14 hour road trip and wanted to break it in the middle, so ABQ was the stop. Quick check-in, friendly staff, amazing room, comfortable bed, fun ambience, great location. Only recommendation I would make would be having a fridge in the room (maybe you can request one?) for food brought on the road/leftovers. I will definitely stay here again on trips home!

We were 6 adults visiting Alb. for our uncles 90th birthday. Since it was a weekend rush visit we didn't want to spend too much for the hotel. I must say I was very pleased with the room-large with a kitchen, couch, and a very comfortable bed! It was a very hot weekend the air conditioning was very important and it really worked well. The continental breakfast was good too with fresh fruit and good coffee. I would definitely stay there again. Note: If renting a car in Albuquerque-don't rent at the airport. There is a 40% tax on the car-unless I was cheated which is possible-watch out fore Hertz!

Checking in was quick. We had assistance with our many bags. Front desk managers were able to guide us to local restaurants that were good and family friendly. We had coffee every morning and stayed for breakfast two of the mornings. Breakfast had a variety of food and beverages; something for everyone. The weather was cold when we were there and we really enjoyed the fireplace in the main lobby to warm up at prior to heading back to our room. The business center computers were helpful in finding the operating times of attractions, reviewing our pictures that we took, and we even needed the photo copier.

It's amazing that they can still offer such service and amenities at a fantastic price these days. Even the details are still taken care of. I have stayed in more expensive hotels, but they don't offer better. I have stayed here before and am now a confirmed return customer. Since I am generally just a pass-thru for the airport, it's perfect for distance, shuttle availability, breakfast. No having to catch some 'food' at the airport. The hotel is showing the strain of the times, but they work real hard to do their best. Thanks guys.

I went for business and the Hotel was pretty much what I expected. Reasonable place for a reasonable cost. The location is very close to the airport and just across the street from where I was going so there was no need to rent a car.

It was a nice room, adequate for our one night purpose, half way home......suffers in comparison to our previous Friday night stay....bigger room, more channels (spec Fox Sports AZ), living room plus bedroom...so this was smaller and internet was slowere and dropped off.

Great hotel, great value fo family

This hotel has every thing we need for our vacation. The rooms are huge and is well equipped and clean. Daily buffet breakfast and light dinner on Monday thru Thursday are all very good. The staffs are all friendly and helpful.

Excellent accommodations and conveniently located near the airport and car rental return. Friendly staff members, clean room, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

GOOD FOR THE MONEY

HOTEL WAS PRETTY GOOD OVERALL, ICE MACHINE DIDN'T WORK, STAFF WAS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND, BUT OVERALL THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THE LOCATION WAS PRETTY GOOD FOR WHY WE WERE THERE. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM STAYING THERE AGAIN.

Very Convenient to airport

Having arrived very late at night in Albuquerque, I was grateful to not have a far drive in the rental car in order to get to bed. The hotel was easy check-in and the parking was convenient to the room. Breakfast was okay except there was no skim milk. The staff were friendly and my wake-up calls were punctual. My rooms, although clean, felt dreary and looked a bit run-down. That being said, it was an okay place and quite high value for the price.

I was there for only one night, everything was almost excellent but the shower drain. It was uncomfortable to shower with the bathtub up to my ankles.

Beware no security and terrible crime

this is a nice hotel but no security and no cameras on parking lot. I had two vehicles broken into and lost many valuable items plus much financial information. Staff tells me the owners do not care.
Same thing happened last night to someone else. Staff tells me it happens very often.

We rented a room to get away and let the kids swim. The hotel took our requests seriously unlike other hotels and got us a room close to the pool area. Very nice pool but they need to have someone moping up the tile floor more often. Slipped several times going to the bathroom and the elevator. Room was very clean and spacious. We were upgraded to a room with a sitting area and pull out sofa. Breakfast was nice. It was a continental with rotating hot item. We were there when they had biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, and, ham steak. Very filling! Since we were there to swim the FD let us have a late check out to enjoy the morning. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express that used to be across the street from this one. This one is more expensive, but the people are still friendly, it still has nice little touches (like cookies at night), and the breakfast is a little better.

Great location, amenities & waffles!

Chose this close-in airport location due to a very early morning flight, and in fact it was literally 5 minutes from the airport. I turned in my rental car the night before, and staff provided a free shuttle ride to the airport at my convenience. Suite amenities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was very good and filling, particularly the fresh hot waffles. The hotel is also very easy to find. My only (tiny) quibble --the pillows tend to "run away" from your head, but the comfortable mattress more than made up for that. This was a perfect motel for the last night of my New Mexico vacation, and I would stay here again when in Albuquerque.

The room was basic but clean and the price was right. Restaurants nearby that you can walk to. We dropped off our rental car after we checked in so we did not have to do it in the morning before an early flight.
Bus to airport clean and on time.

Nice hotel - good price

Very nice hotel in a good location close to airport and sports facilities. Price was very good compared to other similar hotels. One problem was that the hotel charged my debit card after it was already paid for on [...]. Called [...]and they took care of it right away.

The room was spacious and very clean, no strange smell. The clerk was friendly. It is still using tube TV, but it does not matter for us. Other facilities are good enough.

Needed an inexpensive spot to stay one night, preferably close to the interstate, and this was a great choice. Limited interaction with staff, but the woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was nice and quiet. Everything seemed clean. Not 5-star by any means, but very comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Looked as though they had free bfast, but I didn't stay for that. I'd definitely recommend!

We needed a hotel close to the airport and inexpensive. They were happy to hold our room for late check-in. The staff was friendly. I wished they offered a coffee pot in the rooms. We had to leave at 4:30am, would have been nice if office had coffee, but they said no until 6am.
