A good inn
The room was spacious and very clean, no strange smell. The clerk was friendly. It is still using tube TV, but it does not matter for us. Other facilities are good enough.

Great stay for the money
Needed an inexpensive spot to stay one night, preferably close to the interstate, and this was a great choice. Limited interaction with staff, but the woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was nice and quiet. Everything seemed clean. Not 5-star by any means, but very comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Looked as though they had free bfast, but I didn't stay for that. I'd definitely recommend!

Perfectly nice near-airport hotel
I just needed a place near the Albuquerque Airport to stay one night after a late flight before heading off to Santa Fe in the morning. Perfectly clean, comfortable hotel with helpful desk staff. Not the hotel closest to the airport in any way, but very inexpensive. Breakfast included, absolutely serviceable.

Experince
Upon getting there at Airport I was waiting for hotel Shuttle. Upon not finding shuttle I made call to Hotel and lady told me that they will send shuttle and it should be there in 5-10 mints. even after making several phone calls and waiting for almost 45 minuts I had been told by another staff member over the phone that shuttle is not working and I can rent taxi from Airport and they will reimburse me. Finally after 1 hour wait rented a taxi and reached to hotel. At hotel rooms are very small and bathroom is very very small too.Location is also bad.

Convenient, clean, and friendly
Convenient free airport shuttle service was quick and friendly. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast included make-your-own waffles and delicious orange juice. I was only there one day, but it was a good experience.

Sightseeing tip:
Not Applicable
The locals (including airport, restaurant, and hotel staff) are not familiar with some of the area attractions such as Gilman Tunnels. The best way to find out cool sites to explore, is the Visitor's centers. There are many, located mainly on the expressways. They are really friendly and helpful.

What would you expect for the price?
There were 4 adults travling from Dallas. We were only staying one night in Albuquerque so I was looking for an inexpensive hotel near the airport that had a free shuttle service. This hotel fit that description. It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area. I did not have high expectations, but I was still a little dissapointed when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is not located next to any kind of shopping or restaurants. The hotel is located next to a run down and seeding looking residential sector. The hotel is surrounded by a fairly secure looking iron fence, which made me wonder how often they needed the fence for security. I would not reccomend taking a walk at night from this hotel. The hotel looks fairly old. Both the lobby and the rooms looked like they need to be updated. The shower was nice and hot, but I couldn't get the shower head adjusted to a pressure that I liked. On the other hand, the hotel was clean and the staff was great! The shuttle driver took us over to a nice restaurant that was certainly outside of his normal driving radius and he later came and picked us up from the same restaurant (no charge for shuttle service). It is clear that the staff at this hotel works hard and takes pride in what they do. The free continental breakfast was typical. You could make your own waffles, eat ready made scrambled eggs, cold or hot cereal, yogurt, and assorted pastries. There was no selection of meat and the breads were pretty limited. Overall, we were glad that our stay here was short. None of us were interested in hanging around this hotel for the ambiance and we would not stay here again given the choice. We stopped by Albuquerque a week later and we chose to stay at someplace a little more expensive. It was worth the upgrade.
