After attending to some family business, we used this hotel as a base for exploring the area, e.g., Old Town, Cedar Crest, Madrid, etc. Relaxing and convenient to get other places fairly quickly.

It was a nice room, adequate for our one night purpose, half way home......suffers in comparison to our previous Friday night stay....bigger room, more channels (spec Fox Sports AZ), living room plus bedroom...so this was smaller and internet was slowere and dropped off.

good --very satisfied
we want swimming the only thing is that they didnt keep the towels stocked at the swimming pool it took them a 30-45 mins to get towels to us, but by the time we got out of the pool they were there...but the rooms are great, besides the towel thing the service was great....im for sure staying there again...

Balloon seekers from up north
Beautiful,safe, private courtyard patio
We were delightfully pleased with this hotel. Ask for a courtyard room on the ground floor. We had our own patio, rather private, with well groomed greenery surrounding it. The heated pool and hot tub were right there in the courtyard. Also a large gazibo with decorative lights where you could hang out. We hated to leave, really! Hot coffee was always available in the lobby. Also a nice breakfast buffet. Although it is close to the airport, our courtyard room was completely silent. Comfortable bed, very nice accomodations. We were there for the Balloon Fiesta, and we know we will stay here again. We've stayed in Albq. many times, and this is a top of our list kind of place!!

Tired Twosome
close to the airport
The first two nights of our stay were very quiet and we slept well. The third night could not have been worse, with yelling and fighting in the hall outside our room. Finally, the police showed up, banging on doors and escorting the troublemakers out in handcuffs. When we left at 5 a.m. the front desk clerk must have had a rough night too, as she wasn't typical of the rest of the (friendly) staff we had talked to. Didn't seem to care to much if we stayed again or not. Which will be not.

Unbeatable location for the pricer
There was an initial misunderstanding about "Orbitz" promotional offer of complimentary breakfast and the hotels normal mode of operandi. After "Showing" them "Orbitz" offer they finally honored the promotion after some "Let me check with my manager"...Grrrrr And I went through the same thing the next day with restaurant manager not getting an OK for comp breakfast from front desk ---Double Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
