Great airport hotel
My friends and I only stayed here for one night so we could catch a flight back East in the morning, but we were all really pleased with our stay. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, and the staff were more than helpful. It's so close to the ABQ airport that you could walk if you wanted to, but the shuttle runs for free and on-demand, so there's no reason not to make use of it. The only downside to this hotel is the fact that, while they do have a full restaurant and bar available for most of the day and night (as well as a little general store area that stays open 24 hrs a day for incidentals like sodas and extra socks), they do not offer a complimentary breakfast, even of the basic continental variety. It's something I like to see in airport hotels, where rushed mornings are often the norm. Honestly, though, that's about the only thing that could make this hotel better. If you need to be near the airport, this is THE place to stay!

Only a few minutes (by car) away is the University of New Mexico campus, which is surrounded by a ton of wonderful restaurants, shops, microbreweries, and so on. It's absolutely worth the time! In particular, check out Il Vicino (a pizzeria) and Ecco (an espresso and gelato shop a few doors down).

Hilton Garden Inn ABQ
Hotel has excellent location for Airport, rental car return, Kirtland AFB. Very nice indoor pool and great breakfast.

Great customer service & accomodations!!
We had some difficulty with traveling so we arrived late. Check in was a breeze. Management was helpful. We were upgraded to a whirlpool with free breakfast! The beds were super comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Airport location
Great location for an early morning flight from ABQ--about 1/4th mile from airport and excellent access to car rental return area. Very nice hotel restaurant with good service. Room was a standard room with nice amenities as you would expect from Hilton brand. Nice price. Very friendly staff and restaurant servers. Free undereground and surface parking.

Mixed feelings
In general, like Hilton Garden Inns but this one has some issues:internet connection very, very slow, wireless not working, front desk staff didn't even offer apologies when the room key wouldn't open the door, carpets not very clean. However, the restaurant staff was very helpful when I arrived late after closing but they still offered some food. Also kitchen staff very friendly and helpful during breakfast.

Everything you'd ever need is here. It's even blocks from the airport to turn in your rental car and catch a flight out. I never heard any of the planes, even sitting out on the patio watching the sunset-Beautiful!

Great location but need free food
My son arrived at the airport after midnight. It was nice to get to a hotel within a block of the airport. It would have been perfect if we could have grabbed a bagel or apple in the morning for less than $7.00.

Excellent location and experience
For business travel to Albuquerque this is an excellent location. The restaurant services are exceptional and the hotel staff provided exceptional service. On the night of my arrival I made a request of the front desk - rather than send someone from housekeeping a person from the frontdesk took care of my request. Above and beyond :-)
