Balloons in Albuquerque

Conviently located just off Hiway 25. About a mile walk to the Balloon Fiesta site. Staff is very nice and helpful.

maroon 5 concert

we stayed here because it was a short drive to the Sandia resort where a concert was that night. We live only 50 miles away but knew the concert would end after 11pm and we would be drinking adult beverages.

Won't stay at this place again

We needed to stay one more night in the area and found this hotel, since I like Holiday Inn Express hotels. Free Breakfast, free wireless, nice rooms, etc. Good Value most times, but in this case. My wife went face to face with a CockRoach after her morning shower and noticed another dead one behind the toilet. When I went down to the business center to print boarding passes, I confronted another Roach walking in front of our hotel room door. He died quickly. I Got to the lobby business center to find the Printer not working, but service had been notified. The nice thing was that the Friendly staff allow me to use one of the front desk computers to print my airline Boarding Staff. Upon leaving an hour or so later I informed the staff about our Roach experience, and she Thanked me for the info and reported that she would tell the manager. Needless to say, we were not up to the idea of sitting down for the nice looking free breakfast. We enjoyed enough surprises at this location. Its Too bad this happen. We did have higher expectations.

Very close to the Hot Air Balloon park, but please note that they are closed on Mondays, but free on Sundays.

Family friendly and convenient

The Holiday In Express Hotel & Suites is user friendly. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The location was within driving distance to most major venues. Dining facilities were in close proximity to the hotel as was the shopping mall. Nestled very close to interstate 25 makes it very accomodating to navigate aroung the Albuquerque area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continetal breakfast was excellent,offering fresh do it yourself waffles, fresh fruit, juice, ceral,yogurt, tea, coffee,chocolate, milk, bagels and pastries. Very appealing to the travel budget.
