Great stay at Holiday Inn Express

I was very early before check in time and [...] at the registration desk was extremely kind and helpful. She even changed my room because the room I had been assigned would not have been ready for a long time. She told me where I could eat and kept my luggage while I went to eat. All the other staff were frienldy.

Outstanding Customer Service

We got there late so we wne to get some pizza. The lady attending the front desk looked for a coupon but did not find it. We went to the restaurant without it. While we were there, she called to explain about the coupon and the restaurant accepted it! Wow! She really went the extra mile, unprompted. We left before the breakfast was served, but we were give some food anyway. Again, I am very pleased with this hotel and its staff.

Convenient and Close

My mother never travel's and she had to go on a plane and stay in this hotel and she loved it. It was easy to get to, quite, clean and a good size room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for a funeral and this hotel work out great for us.

Great stay in ABQ

We enjoyed our stay and will definately recommend. We actually got there early and the room was ready so we were able to check in. The location is close to old town and downtown, across the street from a Walgreens and the Indian Cultural Center. You get 10% off a meal at the Pueblo Harvest Cafe across the street with the room key. The friendly staff gave us a discount coupon for the Indian Cultural Center. The breakfast was more than I expected. The room was clean. A very nice place, we would stay again!

The Pueblo Harvest Cafe across the street was good. We had the Tewa taco on fry bread. Very tasty! When asked Red or Green, be aware that green is hotter than red! Both are delicious! Don't miss El Pinto. Not close to the Hotel but a must. Ask the staff, they might get you a discount. The restaurant is world famous. Great food, music, ambiance. I'm glad we didn't miss this one. Also, The Church Street Cafe in old town, the best tamales I ever had!
