MCM Elegante Hotel and Event Center

The hotel is in a good location; near the interstate. However the beds were too small and the bathroom looked horrible. Walls pealing, cracks in the bathroom walls and tub area. The day we checked out, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Rooms were clean but I felt that it was way to expensive for the quality of the room, however their full breakfast buffet was great. They had unlimited bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and eggs cooked to order.

My stay was very nice but the door to my room was broken. I had to push very hard to get in. I enjoyed the rest of the hotel.

The hotel staff was great although it was crowded the staff did well on the breakfast items. The bar had an awesome atmosphere ,will stay again.

The room was totally unsatisfactory. The carpet was old, the patio door didn't work and could not be locked and the phone didn't work until we someone came up and fixed it. It was equivalent to what you would find in the budget of budget hotel. The other hotel amenities were good. Restaurant nice with good food; lounge, business center and convenience store and the common areas were clean and attractive. The location was not what we envisioned from the website. It was not within walking distance to anything but other hotels and gas stations.

As always this is one of the best values in hotels in the greater ABQ area. The breakfest is why we keep coming back year after year

The free hot breakfast buffet and 2 free drinks were a nice perk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport and hospital were tremendous. Hotel outdated, but room very comfortable and sheets clean. I would recommend without hesitation.

We booked the hotel primarily because of its pricing and location near a hospital where surgery was to be done for my spouse. We used the hotel to bring my spouse after surgery and found the hotel staff, facilities, food/drink offerings, amenities to be much superior than what we typically obtain from other hotels at the same rate. Everything was "excelante" if not perfect and we will definitely stay again whenever in Albuquerque.

Overall good for what we paid, but it is an older hotel and is ready for remodling. It was close to the freeway, so there was a lot of freeway noise, The restaurant was closed for dining but they did have a very good breakfast buffet. All in all I would stay there again.

The location, staff, and rooms were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered delicious entrees. I thought I was to have a refrigerator and microwave, but they did have a coffee maker. I would stay here again the next time. It's upscale compared to other bookings that Orbits normally gives out.
