Quality Inn & Suites

Dirty, but the price didn't warrant much more. Needs a good clean and I'd stay again

For visiting the Balloon Fiesta, taking day trips in any direction, evening dining or shopping this location is just minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and tidy. My only complaint was the curtains that did not close over the windows. There were lace curtains that prevented outsiders from seeing into your room with any clarity but they did not prevent the street lights from shining in at night. They should really fix that because it's very annoying. Annoying enough that I would consider a different place to stay next time I visit Albuquerque.

We arrived after driving from Las Vegas, NV. We were travelling with our dog, and let the front desk attendant know; we were charged a very reasonable fee ($10.00). She also kindly gave us a room on the ground floor at our request. Unfortunately, the first room we entered was not cleaned, but this was quickly worked out (we were given another room). This room was clean, and the shower was great - always important to us! We went to Old Town with friends for dinner. The breakfast offerings were lacking orange juice and a variety of fruit, but waffles could be made, yum.

The room was nice and the hot tub provided great fun but because the rooms open to the outdoors I froze everytime I went from the pool to my room or to get breakfast etc. That should have been made clear when i made my reservation as it was January and super cold.

when we arrived the hotel room that was given to us was not cleaned.. the beds were still undone. it was a mess.. the hotel did put us in another room.

The motel is located within a cluster of other similar motels. The location is not the greatest but is OK for a business trip or quiet place to rest.

Relaxing and Hassle free.....so nice after driving all day. Kids had fun in the pool, the beds were...aaaahhh, and the breakfast bar really appealed to my grandkids!

I stayed at the Quality Inn, ABQ, on 2 separate nights on either end of my trip back East. They thought I had ordered a smoking room (I thought I had NOT) and they were gratious in changing to NON-smoking. I was very satisifed with the room, but was disappointed they did not have wi-fi in the room. Everything else was very comfortable. On my return trip, I ran into the smoking/no-smoking discussion again, and again was switched to my desired room. AND I was happy to find that there WAS wi-fi in the rooms. Guess the first room just didn't have the info in the room. There were plenty of eating choices in the vicinity and easy access to the freeway (I-40).
