The Quality Inn and Suites is conveniently located just off of I-40. We sit quietly in the shadow of the beautiful Sandia Mountains. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, many Restaurants, Los Altos Golf Course, Los Altos softball fields and Albuquerque's Skate Park. Along with great service we provide a complimentary full hot breakfast each morning for our guests. Our hotel amenities include an outdoor olympic size pool and hot tub with a beautiful sun deck, fitness center, business center and wireless Internet access. We also have an on-site restaurant and bar. We also have banquet space to accommodate up to 200 people for all your meeting needs. Pet Accommodation: 10.00 USD pet/stay. non-refundable. Max 2 pets. Credit card required at check in.

Not up to par

I needed an ADA room for my mother. We even had to pay ($5) extra for it. What we got was a bathroom with an extra wide door and room for a wheelchair. What wasn't there were any hand rails for the toilet or the shower. It had a bathtub one couldn't have used if she was in a chair. (She uses a walker.) Not very clean and noisy neighbors I had to call about at 1:30 AM.

A Night in a Disaster area

The [...] listing indicated a restaurant; there was only a bar! The room was not clean, the water dripped in the tub and there was a noisy wedding outside ourroom. My husband was nearly run down by a car in the parking lot. We canceled the rest of our stay and moved to a nice hotel.

Overbooked

I left my Cell Phone in the room when we left and came back to retreive it and it was gone. The cleaning staff could not speak english and no one turned it in at the front desk. Very unhappy with the whole experience at this hotel. The room we finally got was non smoking but had a water leak from a room upstairs that dripped in our bathroom when somone took a shower above us. We had to pay for this!!!!????
