Quality Suites Albuquerque

The young lady at the desk was great, let me check in early, took care of all my needs. I have a protisic leg and was haveling trouble with the cart, and I held the door open for a male employee as he past me by. me in the doorway. Not very helpful.

Have stayed at this hotel before with mixed results. We were given the wroing room, 1 king instead of 2 queens, AC was not on and took over an hour to cool the room, found dirty wash cloth behind the bed side table. Morning manger argued with me regarding the credit for the lesser room. This location is officially off our radar screen

Chose this close-in airport location due to a very early morning flight, and in fact it was literally 5 minutes from the airport. I turned in my rental car the night before, and staff provided a free shuttle ride to the airport at my convenience. Suite amenities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was very good and filling, particularly the fresh hot waffles. The hotel is also very easy to find. My only (tiny) quibble --the pillows tend to "run away" from your head, but the comfortable mattress more than made up for that. This was a perfect motel for the last night of my New Mexico vacation, and I would stay here again when in Albuquerque.

We were able to access anything because we were centrally located to many local attractions.

I thought this hotel was awesome! The rooms are great, cuz they have a living room attached! AND there's a microwave and fridge in the room that you can use. I had absolutely no complaints. There was a missing remote control for one of the TV's (there are 2 tv's...one in bedroom, one in living room) but as soon as I called front desk they sent someone up immediately with an extra remote. I went to sleep in the bedroom and my partner watched TV in the living room and it didn't disturb me at all. Check in was easy, the airport shuttle was quick, easy and convenient and breakfast was nice. Large selection of items, including hot food, all ready very early in the morning. Service was friendly, place was clean, location was great and it just feels like you're staying in a place that should cost more than it does. Nice lobby too, very welcoming and classy. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be close to the airport. In fact, I wished I had more time to enjoy the hotel!

Front desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

This was a very nice hotel for the bucks. It was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Very clean. Hallway smelled like smoke from cigerattes on my floor. Only conplaint I have is I asked for a 6 AM wake-up call so I could catch an early flight the next morning. I didn't get it.

I have been to many city stayed in lots of hotel not easily impressed. I love that there is a homier feeling to this hotel separations of the room space and the warm breakfast in the morning hits the spot.

The Quality Suites location is works best for me because it is by the airport, family, and the downtown area. The previous times I have stayed there the checkin had been prompt and curtious. This time when I arrive the clerk, although friendly enough knew little about what was going on throughout the hotel. I arrived at approx 5:00 and she gave me a room that had previously had a late 3pm ck out. She had not known the room had been ransacked, stolen from, and not yet cleaned. There were no other romms available so I had to wait it out. When I got to my room , knowning it was a smoking room & I don't smoke, I expected an odor but the smell was unbelievable. Like a smoking bar @ closing time.Oh well, I would caulk it up to a bad weekend and give them another chance based on previous experences.
